I like the Simple Stories Say Cheese collections and will probably try to track those down after our Disney trip this spring. Unless there's something else out there that I haven't seen yet that I like better. I have always ignored Disney themed stuff, but now that we're planning this trip it's all I can think about. But since I haven't really paid attention I don't know much about any collections besides Say Cheese. Are there any collections that you like that are still available?

Queen and Co has some Disney things. I can't think of anyone else of the top of my head. I know Scrapbook.com has a good selection and a separate Disney section. Have a good trip.

Simple Stories also makes a girly line, Enchanted, that works for a Disney theme. Paper Wizard makes lots of titles and die-cuts of Disney-themed items. But I know you really wish you had this: Just cut cut a photo onto an oval, trim it with your scallop-edged scissors, and pop it onto that lovely paper background. (Why do I still have this book?!)

I think it is Reminisce that is coming out with a line called Theme Park (or something like that). Another great place for very specific paper is Scrap Your Trip. I love both of the Say Cheese lines, but the paper is all very similar.

A-ha! I have made over 150 double paged Disney layouts and used some of this. I also have the Mickey ears punches.

Queen & Co makes some great papers, but I REALLY love their embellishments. Little Mickey enamel dots?! Yes, please!
You can find the original Say Cheese in a paper pad at Hobby Lobby now. Quality isn't as thick and vibrant as the original run, but that's to be expected. Look around their aisles for the matching pieces. Seems like I bought the matching die cut pack there maybe.

Used? Ha! I haven't *used* any of it yet, but I really need to. I think between me, DH and the Photopass photos, I had over 1200 pictures from our last trip alone! The better question is what HAVEN'T I bought? I think I have most if not all of both Say Cheese lines, they are pretty much interchangeable. Simple Stories has an Enchanted line too that would be nice for any of the princess stuff if you end up doing any of that. In addition to the regular Disney stuff (Mickey & Friends, Disney Jr., princesses, Cars, Pixar), don't forget that they have the licenses for Winnie the Pooh, Muppets and Star Wars now and there are attractions featuring them as well, so those might be things to look for. Do you have Hobby Lobby, Michael's or JoAnn's around? There are 2-3 BIG Disney themed patterned paper stacks that are available at all of those places, and the papers are cute. They also have coordinating printed chipboard pieces, layered stickers, regular flat stickers, a lot of it is from EK Success or Sandylion. They have some punches, themed washi tape, ribbon and other stuff too. Scrapyourtrip.com, scrapbook.com, ACOT, Amazon, eBay and Etsy all have TONS of Disney stuff. Have a great time on your trip!

It's too far to stop in and check it out regularly, but if I know there's something there that I'll want I'll make the drive.

I love both Say Cheese lines. I have a ridiculous amount of those collections. I like to take it out and just look at it and pet it. What is it about those Mickey head enamel dots? Love them, had to buy those also. I really should start scrapping our last trip. I have enough supplies to scrap everyone's trip.

I have and have used both the Say Cheese lines and some of the Queen and Co. But, I often struggle with the Disney themed collections because of the colors. My dd might have on a purple top and we are on the Jungle Cruise. Doesn't really match with the black, red and yellow of a lot of Disney papers. I still keep buying them, just don't use them as much as I thought I would.

Then again...I admit that the planning has caused a silly amount of Disney mania around here so I might just do my best to make it work.

I am guilty of planning a DL trip and making sure we wore red, black or neutral...with the Say Cheese papers in mind. It was a one day trip with just hubby and I, so pretty easy to do.

There are Mickey shaped enamel dots? How did I miss this?? LOL I'm using Say Cheese and a few bits from Say Cheese II - especially the gold embellies. I'm making two 6x8 albums. One for us and one for the other couple who went with us. The color scheme looks pretty good even though my photos don't match the papers. LOL That shade of yellow gold really goes with almost everything. There is some aqua and kraft in there too. Another line I *LOVE* for Disney and mixes well with Say Cheese is Project Mouse from Brittish Designs and Sahlin Studio. Their gallery is super inspirational too. sahlinstudio.com/project-mouse/I print out the journal cards at Staples. Even though they are digital there are tons of elements you can use in paper scrapping. The freebies are really great to get you started too.

caspad thanks for the link to Project Mouse. So much cool stuff. cmpeter when I'm scrapping Disney pages I don't worry about matching papers to photo colors and I think it always turns out ok. Disney is such a colorful place and I think that having the cohesiveness of all the supplies helps the photos to stand out more. I love the look of an album that is coordinated all the way through. Love that you wore color coordinated clothing for your visit. I might have to try that on our next one. I wonder if I will be able to get DH and DS on board for that.

I like to make layouts before we take trips and on some layouts I need either a horizontal or vertical. Sometimes I even take notes. My kids know that when I take one horizontally I need a vertical just in case I can't remember. Oh, what we do to make sure everything is just right.

I asked DH what he thought about matching shirts and he said it was a good idea. I was surprised and happy that he was willing to go along with me wanting geeky matching Disney pictures. When he realized what I really meant he laughed and said he thought it was just so we could find each other easier in a crowd.

I had bought us matching t-shirts for our Disney trip. I still think it's funny that we were introduced to one of the characters as the Green family because we all had matching green tshirts!
I still haven't scrapped that trip but I had printed out the autograph cards from Project Mouse for the characters to sign before we went.

I have been working on my Disney pages from Last years trip. I am using a mix of say cheese(1&2) and other stuff I have. I'm not a big matcher of clothes and papers. I have been listening to podcasts of Magic memory keepers while I scrap. Fun to listen to and makes me want to jump on a plane right now and head to disney!

I used quite a few Dear Lizzy Fine & Dandy project life kit cards. The colors are brighter and happier than the Say Cheese lines. I really, really want to like the Say Cheese lines but do not at all like the colors. I find them drab in comparison to the bright happy feeling of Disneyland

I have so much tunnel vision going on that I didn't even think of using a collection like that. It would be perfect. I'm going to have to make a bigger effort to think outside the box.

We didn't go as far as matching shirts, just color coordinated.
I took a girls trip with three friends who also scrap. We were such a mishmash of colors! Then dd and I went for Halloween one year. We did a lot of meet n greets and she wore her costume for the Halloween party...another hot mess of colors! But, we're at Disney, so who cares?!? :-)

I had a ton of classic Mickey colored stuff in my stash before our Disney Cruise. Once I saw the pics I realized that I was going to need different stuff because a huge number of our pics were princess themed so for those pics those colors were all wrong.

I used these sticky brads on almost every page. Used up the entire sheet and wish I had bought more! When we were there in 2007 (yes, a loooong time ago), they sold a Disney paper pad. It's the only place I ever saw it. I don't know if they still have it, but while a lot of the papers were useless, they had a page that was a map of each of the theme parks. A pal gave me a great idea and I used vellum blocks to write down everyone's favorite attractions in each park and then put the blocks on each park map. It was a cute way to document our faves and use cute paper in a way that wouldn't cover up half of it. If they still have the pad, I highly recommend grabbing one! Of course, if they don't have it, you can always hang onto one of the park maps and use that. Have a great time!

Now that I think about it, in all the times I had been to Disneyland/DisneyWorld before DD, I don't think I ever had any princess pictures either! Lots of pics with Mickey/Minnie, Tigger, Donald/Daisy, etc. and not a single princess over probably 5-6 Disney trips. Guess you could say I'm not much of a girly girl, LOL. Our DD was not quite 3 when we went on the cruise (her first Disney experience), and I think that was the turning point for her. At first, she was ALL about Mickey and by the end of the 8 day cruise I think we had taken her photo with every princess on that ship! It's been all princess, all the time ever since.
