I really hate the way those deep lines look.....you know the ones.....between the eyes! I feel like they make me look older and I hate them in pics! Has anyone ever gotten rid of them using Botox or another procedure? Did it work? Could you notice a change??

I am lucky that I don't have those, but one of my good friends does. She's 42 and while I never looked at them and thought "wow, those are aging her," once she had Botox and they were gone... she really did look a lot younger. She's kept up doing Botox and is super happy with the results. Her face and forehead still move just fine - she just had that one area done. I'd never guess she has Botox, but the results are really good.
She saw several practitioners before picking who she used. Others encouraged her to do more, and she knew she didn't want that. So, I'd advise caution about selecting someone to do it and be sure they understand exactly what you do - and don't - want.

I get Juviderm filler there. Botox helps a little, but really they need to fill it in as well. I get it done once every couple of years and it really makes a difference. Someone had asked me if I had a scar between my eyes -- that's when I knew I needed to do something.

How much do Botox and/or Juvederm cost and how long do they last?

The 11's between the eyebrows? I have them although they aren't bad yet (I guess I spend a lot of my day with a furrowed brow about the shit people are doing at work), but I have seriously considered preventative Botox in the not-so-distant future. I'm only 30 but if I can prevent them from getting deep, might be worth it. Maybe it would minimize some of my resting-skeptic face too! Interested in other people's experiences.

I have those lines, too. I've done facercise and coconut oil but still have them a bit. I just recently started using renu 28 from www.mastersdesign.teamasea.com. It's working really well so far!

While I don't have 11s, I do have forehead wrinkles. I'm 39 and very self conscious about it. Going on Thursday for a consultation and to get them filled.

I have the "11's", too. While the laugh lines don't really bother me, those two lines do. I'd like to know what's involved in the Juvaderm, jusssst in case I get to the point where I can't take it. You know what also sucks? Putting on eyeliner when your lids start getting wrinkled.

I think you need to call around for prices. I've had my 11's, forehead and crow's feet done and it is only $280 for me. That is 28 units of botox at $10 per unit. That is the normal price where I go. I get it done twice a year and it's worked well for me.

Wondering how close I live to where you have yours done.

I just received an email from the place I'm getting laser hair removal. They have a special 2 syringes of Juviderm for $850 and get 25 units of Botox free. Of course I don't know what they charge to administer (if any) and no idea how far 25 units of Botox go.

My sister in law just got a face full of botox and her lips done.
She looks....a bit crazy.
I didn't know she had gotten anything done and I must have been looking at her weird.
She made me go to the bathroom with her, where she confessed that she had her lips done.
I asked her if her face was paralyzed because she could hardly move her mouth.
She said I can move it, see.... nothing really moved.
Then she confessed that she also had botox around her eyes and her forehead.
Whoa...I think she got way too much.
I am not against doing a little something now and again but geez don't go hog wild!

A lot of people have said they go to their dermatologists or plastic surgeons on a regular basis to get Botox between the brows and are happy with the results......Calling my dermo is on my list of things to do!!! I hate my 11's and want them gone......sounds like I'm not the only one!! Glad to hear it's not only me!!!!
