I do it but I'm not that creative.

Yep, I almost always ink. That's just my thing.

I stopped for about a year or so but now I'm back to inking.

I still ink the edges.

I don't do it on every page, but it does give dimension and makes it look complete in my eyes

Sometimes I ink and sometimes I sponge the edges for a softer look and sometimes I just leave them plain.

Shimelle/Glitter Girl still does it, so it must still be cool. I don't typically use ink for shading the edges of my stuff but I have used dry chalk pastels for years and years. I like that it's much more forgiving and gives a softer look. I think I am one of the few who still believe that chalks are must-have item for scrapbooking and card making

I have no idea if it's popular, but I still ink my edges when the mood strikes. But I've never tried to be popular.

I remember when I used to ink the edges of everything. A few years ago I realized that I liked some things inked and some not inked. So whether it's in or not, have been doing my own thing for a few years, it just depends on the look I'm going for.

I don't know about others, but it's still "my" thing.

I'm a huge fan of Quick Quotes' "Powderpuff Chalking Ink". While I don't ink absolutely everything, I find myself not really feeling like a layout, card, project is complete without a bit of ink! I agree with a lot of you.... I'm not going for the in/cool factor. I just love the look of inked edges!

I don't do it all that often, but I recently did a Project Life layout where I inked everything with gold! It came out awesome! I love this idea! Thank you!

Yes! I ink the edges by running the pad along the edge of the paper but I also love to use Distress Inks if I want to push more of the color onto the paper. And yes I edge in color!

I agree with what many others have said...sometimes I ink the edges and other time not. Depends on the look I want, how much time I have, and whether or not I think it is needed. I have never been "cool" so it does not matter to me.

I ink about every third layout. I do like the texture and color it brings out in my layouts.

I generally do not but only because my ink collection is quite small and I always forget to do it. I did a layout this week that I inked up some edges on and as my ink is out I will probably do it again.

I like the way it looks. I like to do it but don't often anymore because it takes to much time!

Am I the only one who can't read the word popular without it sounding like the song in Wicked?
