Do I really need both? Cuttlebug first purchase for embossing, but then later added the Big Shot for bigger dies, etc. But, now I'm thinking I need to sell the Cuttlebug and just keep the Big Shot. But, I want to be sure I will not regret it later. Thanks,

The Big Shot can do everything the Cuttlebug can, so I would sell the 'bug. (Otoh, I own 2 Big Shots, just in case they ever go out of production, so you probably shouldn't take my word for it )

I started with a cuttlebug, upgraded to Big Shot and decided I didn't need both so sold the Cuttlebug. The only reason I'd keep it is if you go to a lot of crops and want something more portable. Otherwise IMO you don't need both.

I have both, but will keep the Cuttlebug for my DD to use.

I have a Cuttlebug and a Vagabond. Keeping the Cuttlebug in case the Vagabond decides not to work (I had to get a replacement once when it quit working). I also let the grandkids play with the Cuttlebug when they are here.

I have the CB and and Spellbinders Grand Caliber. I love them both and will pull out the CB when I just need a quickie.... and the Grand Caliber gets all the big action. It would be hard to get rid of one or the other.

I sold my CB a few years ago and have never missed it once. My BS is so much easier to fit everything with their platform - I didn't like having to shim and figure out the correct depth on the CB. Plus I had some dies that must have been 6" wide and were just a hair to big to fit in the CB.
