I am starting the omni drop program for the 2nd time. The 1st time I did not really know what I was getting into. I do now. I stuck with it for 21 days and dropped 15 lbs but I did not change anything after that. I know several people who have been successful with making a major life eating change and are doing well. Anyone here do the program? What did you find helpful? Other than the drops in phase 2, what other products do you like? I am not very creative in the kitchen although I like to cook and bake but I am looking for quick meals to make on the run.

I know a couple people that have done it successfully. I don't know them really well, not enough to talk to them about their exact results. I just know that they are doing the drops and have lost a lot of weight. I read a bit about it and it just seems like it's not for me. I like to eat food way too much.
