I have been cutting wheat out of my diet (no Celiac,just sensitivity). I am interested in trying Einkorn Wheat for those times when only wheat will do.
Anyone use it? Does it taste the same as regular wheat and bake up similarly? Did you feel it was less of a sensitivity trigger than regular wheat?
