I'm addicted to that show! I want to yell out "hasn't anyone ever heard of divorce?" lol When are people going to learn, you can not get away with murder.
Never heard of Anna Maria Island, looks like a beautiful place!

I didn't know you were from Anna Maria! One of my all time favorite places. Is this about the motel owner who was killed (allegedly) by her boyfriend? They found the body last fall, I think? I remember the news story, how shocking it was.

Actually, I'm surprised at the amount of husbands who have killed their first wife and got away with it - and killed their next wife (quite often in a similar manner) and then the suspicion starts and they are charged with both murders. |

If they get divorced they have to split $, kids, assets. They want it all to themselves. |

If we needed to get somewhere we rode our bikes and walked to the beach. We practically lived in bathing suits and bare feet. A lot of our clothes came from the surf shop.  We used to have peacocks roaming the Island. There were a few times in elementary school that a peacock would just wander into class. |

I am another one that loves Anna Maria Island. I bet it was an great place to grow up and that you have great memories of your childhood. It is sad but there can be bad everywhere.
I come from a small state and grew up in a small town and have the best childhood memories. There were not a lot of violent crimes but when something horrific did happen it shook our community and state to the core. It is heartbreaking when you have to see your "paradise" grieving and dealing with awful situations.

That wasn't much of a mystery, other than where the body was. The first clue should have been a 10 years younger, much more attractive ex-con boyfriend whose last job was as a "handyman". Some women sure are stupid.
