I am trying monthly PL style scrapping.
I have plenty of PL style cards and pocket pages, but I am finding using pocket pages not so simple to create or quick.
If you monthly scrap, can you share your process or inspiration?

I used to do PL event-based now I do it weekly, so I don't have any monthly-specific tips. However, it's as easy as you want it to be! Before I belonged to kit clubs, I picked out cards from the same kit that went together, added journaling (however little much I did) and stuck everything in pockets. The thing that gave me the most hangup was trying to fit different sized pictures in different pocket orientations, so my biggest advice is pick a page style and stick with it! Design A is a popular one. That way you know, for example, all landscape oriented pictures need to be 4x6 and all portrait oriented pictures need to be 3x4. No muss no fuss. There are tons of ways to add 2 3x4s to one 4x6 on your phone or computer. That way, you just slide in your photos and get to adding cards and embellishing if you want to. I hear you say you have plenty of stuff, but something that helped me a lot was joining a kit club. You get fresh and new stuff every month that all coordinates together. It also helped me with my hoarding tendencies, because I felt like using it all up was an accomplishment!
I hope you find a way that works for you! PL is so fun and (I think) easy!

Patter, thanks so much for sharing. Your backgrounds are always inspiring to me! I also like your scanning idea so the backgrounds can be used for a quick card.

You have some great ideas to put into place. I especially like the idea about landscape and portrait style printing. Thanks for sharing!
