I have apps I know I've moved to SD card more than once, and at least once a week I'll try and download my emails and it says not enough storage, I'll check app manager and those apps are back on device storage! How do they move themselves back? ?

My son had an android tablet and we never had any luck figuring out how to move apps to sd. Near as I could figure out it was for pictures, video and music storage.... None of which he used. So I can't help you.

I have the same problem. My phone keeps saying not enough storage. I have very few apps, never use it for music and moved my pics to an sd card but voila, no storage and the pics seem to recreate themselves. I will be watching for suggestions too.

I can move most downloaded apps to the sd card, but they seem to move themselves back!
