A long shot, but if any of you are in the Portland, OR area, someone de-stashed a lot of old paper lines and donated them to SCRAP. There was a fair amount of Basic Grey (some papers I remember seeing: Lily Kate, Perhaps, Gypsy, Color Me Silly, Figgy Pudding, Recess, Pheobe), Scenic Route (mostly the older stripes and diamond patterns), SEI, KI Memories (mostly Color Theory), as well as other old friends like Cosmo Cricket Mr. Campy, Gin-X and Paper Salon. They're selling it for $0.10/sheet. The majority of the paper is stacked in three crates below the Stampin' Up sets at the end of the scrapbooking/greeting card area. I'm sorry I didn't take better notes as to the lines, but I had paper spread out all over the floor right before they closed so I was in a bit of a hurry.

what a great shop! I wish we had one of those down here in Los Angeles where I could donate a bunch of stuff. i'll have to check out that shop in Portland when I go up there this summer.

Ooo, cool store! We have something similar in Nashville and it's a treasure trove. I love going in there just for the inspiration!

You never know what you will find. Not exactly scrappy, but I also found a huge selection of beautiful square Nouvelles Images greeting cards for $0.25 each on my last visit. I stocked up. |
