I saw this, too! What a sweetheart. I think their daughter was just as excited.

I want the closet too! Everything in sight, but out of sight at the same time.

I'm always amazed / impressed with the DH that makes a nice room for his wife's hobby.
What a stark contrast to my husband who basically is all "you need to rid of this crap" instead of "here let me build a nice room to make a place for your things."
So...
But yes this DH clearly gets hubby of year award! ❤️

That was so cool. I chuckled as he toted his TV around wherever he was working!

Somebody really, really loves Silvia! Where do I get one of those? My husband is just not a handyman, so that would never happen.

That is EXACTLY why my DH built out the unfinished 1/2 story attic space into a studio for me in our old house--so he could close the door and then he wouldn't have to look at all of my crap! He's awesome, no matter what his motivation.

What a thoughtful hubby, have to say the daughter seemed more excited than the wife! Yeah she seemed kind of underwhelmed or confused, maybe. I kept thinking, hug the man! Give him a big ole kiss!

Didn't he put all of her stuff in that closet? Maybe she was thinking, "OMG, what did you do with my stuff?!?" I would say she was gobsmacked more than underwhelmed. It took my DH four YEARS to do in my tiny attic studio what that guy probably did in a week--plus I had to help! (In my DH's defense, we did have the room(s) gutted down to the lath, but still.)

That was what I was thinking when I said confused... because he never did "reveal" the closet and that was where the important stuff was.

'Cause I was thinking the same thing about the wife. I was expecting jumping up & down, screaming, throwing herself at him, etc. But I'll bet she was thinking exactly that -"Where's all my stuff?", lol. Awesome room, awesome husband!
