Anybody been there lately? Last time I was there I found a few newer lines, but not many. Just wondering if they have some of the newer stuff and if its easier to find? If you didn't have to search for the new stuff in between millions of old stuff I'd go there a lot more often!

I am so with you on this. I get aggravated at how much old product is there. I also am not a fan of how things are merchandised. Can you not put the embellishments with the coordinating papers? I go about 3 times a year into the main store and I was feeling optimistic about seeing more new product lately until the last time I went. There really was nothing very new. I was surprised to see Wink of Stella pens though. I really want them to remerchandise the store and get new product in. I don't even go in the clearance store because I scrapped with those products many years ago. I'll be going back soon and I really hope there is some new product.

I'm going there the day after Easter. I hope I can find some new goodies. I only get to go there once a year. Last year, I found out they were not open on Sundays. I was so disappointed.

Don't ask to go to the restroom there. They do not have a public restroom.

That store irks me to no end. I still go there when I go to the mountains which is often in the fall and Christmas time. I do not understand the owner and why he is so clueless about scrapbooking. I could sit with him and in 10 minutes tell him the lines that would fly out the door. I feel like writing him a letter.

Tracie, I agree100%. At least they don't have those rows and rows of die cuts that we had to use before there was product. Seriously though, I don't understand why they don't carry much new product. Everytime I go in I want to start moving racks around and put the embellishments with the paper they go with and move all the old stuff to the clearance store. But then I guess that wouldn't leave much in the main store.

New just isn't their thing. Old works for them. Going there is kinda like walking down memory lane scrapbook style.

I just don't see how he sells enough product to pay rent in that building! I will say I spend a lot on thickers when I go there. I don't care if my tickets are old or not!

He might be making enough to pay the rent but he could double his business if he'd get new product that people like! When I spend $10 in a huge store, there's a problem. Why doesn't he carry American Crafts? They own everything! No Simple Stories either!
