I have been printing purchased images on Design Space on my Cricut Explore with no problem until now. I have an Anna Griffin invitation on my mat, but when I hit the Cricut item, the processing icon appears and then nothing happens. It doesn't ask me if I want to purchase the image. It just returns me to the mat. I have been able to cut a shape I created but not the image I want to purchase.
While I on hold with the help line for 45 minutes, I chatted with a representative on line, who had me: 1. use Chrome instead of IE; 2. clear my browsing history and cookies and 3. restart my computer. Nothing helped and, of course, the chat session ended when I restarted.
Has anyone else had this problem.
