I posted about my PMS getting worse and worse. I wen to my obgyn and they wanted me to try some medicines that I didn't feel comfortable taking. I took the script for one if I got desperate. I than took my labs another center that is very detailed in their methods and approach. My T levels were great, my estrogen was high and I had next too no progesterone. I had a tiny amount but next to nothing. I had classic symptoms of being estrogen dominant too. So he started me on some natural (not synthetic) progesterone and mercy I am feeling great. I am on the down side of the month and I am so much better. Not super teary, not anxious or overwhelmed, happier and just overall improved. I even started it like 5-7 later than I should have because I could't get in quick enough. I am super encouraged and so glad that i went.

That's great. My pharmacist told me to use estrogen cream and also one Evening Primrose Oil and one Vitex Berry pill a day. It really helps with the hot flashes.

I am so grateful! I actually don't have any hot flashes. My PMS has gotten worse but I am 44 and still have a cycle every month like clock work. Hope it encourages anyone else struggling to go get some labs done and find a doctor that will listen to you. There is help and relief.
