....where would you be?
I'm an organized person, and packing tape lives in a basket in my office with along with stamps, envelopes, etc. I live alone, so no one but me misplaced it. I've already checked the baskets that live in the same cabinet. And for some odd reason I also checked where I keep my tools. No luck.
I'd rather not go buy a new one...so if you were that roll of packing tape, where would you be?

Did you ask the cats what they did with it?  If it were me, it might be in the junk drawer in the laundry room. Did you use it to repair something as a quick fix? Maybe it's there. |

Well in my house I would say the garage because of my dh and ds have a habit of borrowing and not returning, but since you live alone my guess is in the kitchen, perhaps in a quick minute to cleanup you stashed it in a drawer or left it on top of the fridge. Or any chance you took it with you and left it in your car? I have done that when I needed something before I mailed it off and brought my tape with me.

If you were currently packing boxes, I would say it is on top of the tallest box, but that doesn't seem to be the case!

In my house, you would be an empty cardboard core because no one manages to refill the roll when they use up all the tape!  I hope you find your tape! |

In my car because that is where I store it. It doesn't wander when it's out there, unlike the tape inside my house that is constantly walking off.

Probably with my missing roll of packing tape. I gave up and bought another roll. $3 worth my sanity! I'm sure I will find it in some random place.

I gave mine to the ground hostess at the airport never to be seen again as it was ripping and i wanted to kill it. (It was 4 am and I needed good packing tape.) That is where mine went.

After I searched high and low, then bought a new roll, I found mine on top of the water heater. Since dh said he didn't put it there, and I know I didn't, the only thing I can figure is that's where the tape fairy hides it, so definitely check your water heater!
