Like too busy to actually write something down, I can easily remember the 23 things I need to do before tomorrow? But as soon as I have a free moment, all those things fly out of my head and I can't remember a single one.

This is so my life. That stupid list will keep me from falling asleep but the minute I walk in the door at wok it all flies out of my head.

I can remember something important (dates, to-dos) until it is actually time to do them too.

Which is why I always carry a notebook and a pen.......and sometimes I actually remember to write things down.

I say it's because I'm an All or Nothing person. I'm either working or a slug. I have no in between.
My phone is full of little notes. I think a lot when I'm driving. Seri and I are good friends!

Siri and I would be better friends if she would actually get what I am saying right!!! I say Text xyz, she calls them instead....I say call xyz....she texts. She can't seem to get words right....I end up with not so nice things to say to her.
As for remembering....I'm lucky if I remember what just popped into my head long enough to throw it in Notes on my phone! lol

With me it's birthdays. I will remember someone's birthday two weeks before it happens, and make a mental note to get or make a card (which I do). Then sure enough a day or two after the event, I remember that I forgot to mail the stupid card! I need to go in my phone and add a two day reminder before every birthday so the cards will get mailed on time. Ugh.

It sounds like Siri needs a lesson from you. It's been ages since I did it, but you can teach Siri how you say specific words. And the more you use it, the better it works.

I have been going out into my gardens and looking at all of the new plants that are starting to grow (in spite of two snowstorms last week). I am constantly wondering what the plants will look like since I threw away all of the information about them. I know I planted 70+ bulbs last fall, I just don't remember what they were. It keeps life more interesting though!

And why is it that when I write things down, I can't remember what they mean. Today in a meeting, I jotted down "email for Mike" (my boss). Clearly, I thought I would remember what that email was supposed to be about... It took me half the afternoon to remember!

This is why I write it down even if I think there's no way I could possibly forget
