DH and I are doing a Hulu trial trying to decide if we like it before dropping Dish Network.
Our usual go to shows are not on there (Food Network and HGTV/DIY shows) so what do you recommend/watch?
We are also thinking of possibly signing up for Netflix. Hulu+ Netflix will still be about $50 less than what we are paying for Dish...but I will start another thread someday about what to watch on Netflix...

Since I only have very limited cable and no DVR anymore, I use it for network shows I missed like Grimm, You Me and the Apocalypse, etc.
I also find the occasional movie I am interested in, and there are tons of networks to browse that I've barely scratched the surface of. I just finished watching a few Canadian and Australian reality shows in the vein of Pioneer House. There's so much I haven't even looked at--you should give it a try, you can always cancel.
I also have Netflix and Amazon Prime so I don't miss my cable too much.

Oops, just saw you already have the trial. Honestly, just start browsing by network and go from there.
I know they're going to be working on original programming. They just released their own show, 11/22/63. I haven't watched that yet but I like that they're branching out.
