Does anyone know a trick to doing this? I have windows 10 on my PC.
I saw a couple of online tools, but I don't know which ones are trustworthy.
Advice?
ETA: I think I used to do this on MS 7 by taking a screen shot and saving the file that way, but I don't want to try it that way this time (even if I knew how.) The PDF scans are photos and I don't want to lose any of the detail.

You should be able to do this with any photo editing software: Photoshop Elements, Paint Shop Pro or Illustrator

I use online ones all the time - like this pdf2jpg.net/I understand why you'd be nervous but I've never had an issue!

Thanks Marybeth, I don't have any of those. I decided to take a chance with one called Smallpdf.com, and it seems to be working out well. I have to do them one by one, but I only have a dozen, and I didn't have to download any software. I just upload the pdf and get a jpg in return. Easy peasy. Just a little slow because I can't do them all at once. So far, so good... I just started... ETA: Just finished. No problems.
