Good morning ladies!! I hope everyone has a great weekend in store!! ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/images/MNrJDkDuSwqIMVw33MdD.jpg) My kids are slowly recovering. DD has now been fever free for 2 days, so I say she's completely over it. DS doesn't have a fever but the cough is still hanging around and he's still not feeling the best. The scale has been moving a bit for me so I'm hoping that I can hold that until Monday. ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png) I'm ready for a decent loss. I've been hovering around the same number for almost a month. Lots on the agenda today. Grocery shopping, laundry, a few odds and ends around the house. And I'm going to get a workout in at some point. Hope you ladies have a great weekend!!

Lots for me as well...
-I am going to skip running today and do a BBM cardio workout instead -We had two 11 year old boys and one 16 year old stay the night last night, so as soon as they are all up I am making pancakes -We live in a log cabin with wood beams, ceilings, and walls. They need a good vacuuming today. It is a ton of work! That will then result in the need for a thorough dusting. -I am going to try to make it to the nursery for some shrubs for a bare spot, but not sure if anything is in yet. -DS has baseball at 4:30.

I do have a question today...
If you run or walk outside, what do you do with your key?
I have to drive to a run location, and I am struggling with what to do with it while I run. I thought about buying a flip belt, but wondered if anyone had another option.

Good morning girls! brandy327 , glad the familly is on the road to recovery. And TankTop , I use a keyfob. I just put it on my wrist. LOVE it. I have several. I also use it at the grocery store and shopping so I don't lose my keys. They are always on my wrist. I buy them on etsy. There are lots of sellers. The person I purchased from a few years ago no longer sells them but there are many sellers that make them. ![](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/thumbnailer/koL7nx0f_tls8aGQOzx4.jpeg) And we have already walked the dogs so now I hope to paint and play today. I have laundry too but I can do that inbetween. Hubby is grilling all weekend so we will have yumminess for dinner the next two nights. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/images/MNrJDkDuSwqIMVw33MdD.jpg) Enjoy the day girls. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/images/MNrJDkDuSwqIMVw33MdD.jpg)

Arms for me today and I'm hoping to do stair climber. My gym only has 2 and someone is always on them. Then to Sam's and grocery.
brandy327- Glad your kids are better!
TankTop- I'm not a runner, but I ordered some bike shorts from Penney's. They have a small built-in pocket under waist- I can find link if you're interested- Xersion brand.
It's a beautiful day here- don't want to spend much time inside!

After 7 days on the 21 day Fix, I was curious and excited about my first weigh in...down 2 pounds. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/images/MNrJDkDuSwqIMVw33MdD.jpg) Excited about that and really adjusting well to eating this way. It gives me more encouragement to keep on the plan. Spring break for me and the weather in the week ahead looks good. I'll be walking daily and doing plenty of yard work. Have a on-goal weekend everybody.

If you run or walk outside, what do you do with your key? I have a ponytail holder on it and I loop that on my bra strap above my boob and I tuck it under the strap. It would drive me crazy if it bounced all around while I ran. I also have workout pants and shorts with a pocket for it, that's the best option.

I traveled to a town with a KFC yesterday so of course I had to get something. I said to hell with the diet and ordered just what I wanted. Got home and decided to fire up My Fitness Pal to see what damage I had done. I was shocked to see I was only 100 calories over my calorie goal. My KFC meal, for a fast food meal, was shockingly reasonable in calories. My chicken breast, mashed potatoes, potato wedges and biscuit was only 720 calories. I really thought when eating it that the total would be twice that. The main reason for my traveling was to try on some new clothes because I'm officially down one size in pants and shirts. I bought one new pair of capris and 3 new shirts. I feel really good about how I look right now. 4.5 more pounds to go until I get a weight number beginning in a 1. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/images/MNrJDkDuSwqIMVw33MdD.jpg)

What am I supposed to do with my keys? I really don't want to buy new clothes just because of that. I'll look up those key holder things on Etsy.

The other thing I do is wear a waterproof vest (very thin and doesn't make me hot). I put my keys in one of the zippered pockets. In the winter, my keys are zipped in my heavy coat pocket. I don't run (can't because of hip/knee issues) but I walk a lot.

Yay weekend! Took DD to Disney Springs today for some rainy fun. We bowled at Splitsville and hit up Goofy's Candy Shop. I got two of their cookies (the raspberry white chocolate are my favorite) and ate half of each. They are big and dense and soooo good. DD finished the 4th Harry Potter book last night so we are dried off and watching it now. TankTop I put my key on a small clip with a whistle and my pepper spray.

I didn't get my next milestone this week, but it wasn't a big surprise. I've had a few weeks of big losses, I'm in PMS phase, and I had a super hard sketchy massage (foot spa) on Thursday, so I am pretty sure I am retaining water in muscles from that since I'm still sore! I need to lose 1.6 next week to hit it. Frankly, I think it may be a good thing I didn't make it this week, because I need to put some thought into my next phase of goals. I already have number goals beyond this one, but they don't seem as engaging anymore. So another week (or 2?) to come up with new milestones will be good for me.
Also I downloaded an update to Android and it is autocorrecting like a drunk 5th grader. Massage to I? Sore to S? Had about enough of that... will respond more when I can get on my laptop.

I love buying new clothes in a smaller size. And I'm getting close to your goal as well. I'm getting really excited because I honestly cannot remember a time in my life where the number on the scale started with a 1. It had to have been early middle school or late elementary school. And yes, KFC can be workable for calories/points! I used to go there as a treat but still make it work within my daily goals. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/images/MNrJDkDuSwqIMVw33MdD.jpg)

Please tell me that is right. Lol!

Hello all! Hope you are having a great Saturday. I'm late getting to the thread. I have been incredibly lazy since I got back from my morning walk. The last two months of weekends have been packed full of activities so I purposely didn't schedule anything this Saturday so I could be lazy. I have taken a nap, cleaned out some kitchen cupboards and made a grocery list. I am just about to head to my parent's house for a birthday dinner for my aunt. She's on WW so luckily it will be a pretty healthy meal! That's not always the case when my mom is cooking. Tomorrow I am going to the beach for a friend's birthday so I anticipate a lot of running around in the sand. And maybe even a volleyball game!
B - Joe O's with 2% milk, sliced strawberries, and pineapple juice L - 2 shrimp tacos D - no idea! S - string cheese and 2 small pieces of Korean pork jerky

My friend and I challenged each other to 14 days of daily exercise. Tomorrow is day 14. I will work out tomorrow, which means I missed two days. Easter and my mom's birthday. She would have been 66. Not bad! I'm definitely hooked again. Today was legs, shoulders, and cardio. I did supersets, heavy weight and body weight. I leg pressed 495 lbs (11 plates). Working back up to 15 plates. Tomorrow will be 60 minutes of cardio. Hopefully I'll be able to move my legs. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/images/MNrJDkDuSwqIMVw33MdD.jpg) Eats haven't been great since Easter. I'm working on it.

Good morning everyone! So I have a question. What do you do on those days you are just starving? I was hungry a lot yesterday for some unknown reason. I didn't give into it but now I have woken up the same this morning. Do you just give in and decide to eat a little more or suffer through it? Ugh I don't like it. ![:(](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/images/mYSUyHtG9Jrcmm_ydVcK.jpg)

Ugh I don't like it. ![:(](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/images/mYSUyHtG9Jrcmm_ydVcK.jpg) I eat more. I pre-track it and make good decisions about what I eat, but I figure sometimes you just need more food. On days we are less hungry, we're happy about it and don't force ourselves to eat at the top of the calorie range, right? Why wouldn't it be also true that some days we're going to be more hungry? I do try to wait a bit - as you did - and make sure it is physical hunger. I've found though that when I'm hungry and I try to force myself to not go over my planned calories, it almost always results in an even bigger "cheat" later. Same with cravings, I finally learned to eathe what sounds good when it sounds good (within reason), otherwise I end up eating everything else and feeling dissatisfied until I finally eat what I was feeling like. For me, satisfying that urge reasonably sooner helps it go away and I can move on vs obsessing about being hungry or wanting something in particular for many hours or days. Also, over the course of a week my calories almost always average out to where I wanted them, even if a day or two was higher than I'd planned. The day measure of calories is somewhat arbitrary, if you're on track over the course of the week it will be fine.

Hey ladies!!! Been a busy day so far! Slept in a bit and then got right to food prep. Made pork chops, quinoa pasta w/pesto and a mix of zucchini, summer squash and italian peppers for 3 of dh's lunches. Then made chicken meatballs with marinara with the same 2 sides for his other 2 lunches. I cut up carrots for snacking for dd and dh. I made 4 lunches for myself of chicken breast, 1/4 c of jasmine rice and broccoli all sauteed together. Made egg patties for dh, cut up fruit for everyone. And used the carpet cleaning machine to clean our oversized living room chair that ds christened with vomit this week. I cleaned it right after it happened but one of the girls said it still smelled. I took their word for it and pulled out the carpet cleaner and bought some stuff that had Febreeze in it. Chair looks MUCH better and smells ok now too. Now I'm off to do the other pieces of furniture!! ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png) Hope you're all having a great weekend!!

I have days like that andI just give in. Figure my body is asking for more food for a reason and I can't stand that constantly hungry feeling. I make sure to make decent food choices for the extra and I haven't noticed those days (or weeks!) setting me back any.
