I lost all of my cardstock in an unfortunate incident while packing up my car after a crop on Saturday night. (Hint: scrapbook supplies and gale force winds and sleet do not mix.) It could have been worse. At any rate, I need to buy a lot of cardstock and while I do have some local options, they only sell it by the single sheet. Anyone here have a reliable source for bulk - particularly kraft and white?

I'm sorry but your "Hint" made me giggle. I went to a CM weekend crop once and with stormy wind and rain trees came down and the power went out. No power = no lights, no heat, no water. Can you imagine 200+ women at "camp" with limited facilities? A few ladies went home, one had a tree crush her car and some couldn't even get there because the roads were closed. We scrapped by headlamp and flashlight. It was the most memorable crop ever!
Anyway, I can't help with bulk Bazzill. For white and kraft cardstock I use Neenah Desert Storm and Neenah Solar White 80# 8.5 x 11 that I buy from either Hallmark Scrapbook or Simon Says Stamp in packs of 25.

Do you ever shop with Paper Issues? Cassie (the owner) has done special orders before. You could check with her.

My friends and I have gotten together (3 of us) and each ordered like 25 packs of 25 each from Bazzill (when they are on sale). Then we split the packs so we each get 8 pieces of 75 colors. My friend did the ordering. Not sure if you had to have a store to order though.
Does Archivers ever run specials?

Have you tried the Bazzill paper since they were bought by American Crafts? Like everything they touch, the American Crafts version to me seems nothing like the original product. I am very disappointed in what they are putting out under the Bazzill label now. It is not as thick nor is the texture and quality the same. The colors seem just a bit "off". I have picked some up of the older stuff at Marcos, however their selection is limited. The same goes for Joann's online. I am now down to stalking e-bay for variety selections of the original sold in lots.

I'm disappointed to learn AC altered the quality, colors, & textures of Bazzill - all the traits that made Bazzill the lucrative brand/competitor AC wanted to acquire! UGH

From what I have experienced, I think the big difference comes when they try to cut costs and/or change the manufacturing from the US to China or other overseas countries. It has happened with so many products from many I used to love. Don't even get me started on the quality change in my favorite coloring medium - Prismacolor Premier pencils once they moved the manufacturing to Mexico.

Joanns.com during their 50% paper sales, plus extra 20-25% coupons will get you a good deal. They don't have a huge color range, but carry the popular colors in packs of 25. I've ordered Kraft, vanilla, white, and black from them in the past year. Plus they have other colors too.

I bought some Ivy (my favorite green EVER) when the news broke, just in case they screwed around w/what was a perfect formula. But I didn't buy as much as I could have. Great. Now I'll be hoarding it . . . OP, sorry that happened to you and even more sorry that I am of no help. I actually came here to see the responses. Good luck!

If you are open to AC card stock you can often find packs at Tuesday morning. 25 sheets and for around $3.

I agree I used to love my Bazzill but have noticed a change since they took over, including now having to trim off the barcode and name on every sheet of cardstock before I use it I was ordering my Bazzill in the 25 packs from Joann's when they had sales. I know they get a bad rap for their slow shipping, but I never order anything from them I need immediately. And I've been lucky I think I've only had a couple of order take a while to get to me. I've also started using the Neenah Solar white and Desert Storm 8 1/2 x 11 from Amazon. But that doesn't help if you are looking for 12x12!
