Seriously love some smoked mac-n-cheese. I can post the recipe later but it is SO good.
I've done brisket, pork of all kinds, steaks on a cast iron plate setter, jambalaya, stews, pork ribs, flank steak, wings, shrimp, salmon on a cedar plank...Oh! spatchcocked chicken is a regular item for us too. Atomic buffalo turds are a requested item around here. asparagus, pizza, I could go on and on.
Our favorite meat has been a brined smoked turkey and turkey breast. OMG that was SO amazing. May do another breast next weekend.

Pulled pork not sure what recipe hubby uses though. Hubby won't cook fish or processed meats in it because he is afraid they will get into the ceramic and transfer flavor to other items. He read that can happen. We have another smoker though so may have to try a few recipes this summer. eta hubby does turkey, chicken, ribs and brisket and all are amazing.
