Thinking of ordering the book, but wanted to see what the Peas think about this diet and any info you can give would be appreciated!!

I'm curious too - I know it is good for people with high blood pressure but that is all I know.

I don't think it is hard to understand. I read the book awhile back, and it involves only eating certain types of food at first (for maybe 1-2 weeks), then adding a few more things in. I pretty much agree with what Merge said.

We just started trying to incorporate this in our house. My dh was recently diagnosed with high blood pressure. So the DR suggested this. We eat mostly clean, but dh loves meat! So I have been on Pinterest trying to get some new meatless recipes.
There are a lot of great recipes and meal plans on Pinterest if you need inspiration!
