Yummy stuff today, ladies. I could eat at anyone's house tonight!
We have leftover broccoli quiche, fresh asparagus, and homemade sourdough bread.
Thanks for the thread.

For the first time in a week, I actually feel like eating dinner! I'm not sure what, yet, but we have some sausages that should be cooked. I know there's leftover sauerkraut in the fridge, so that and maybe some green salad? Not sure BF will be ready to venture into that territory yet or not.

Ended up with keilbasa, beans and mac and cheese. Easy and something we haven't had in awhile. It was yummy!

I already mentioned on another thread that I had Fajita-Stuffed chicken which is a recipe that carblover443 shared. Everyone thought it was really good so I will make this one again.

I ended up making this coconut chicken curry I bought at Costco, with steamed rice and broccoli. The boys liked it and now I need to learn how to make it myself. Although that packaged version was pretty darn good.
I think I have a recipe pinned already. Off to search for it.

Mother Nature is trying to kill me slowly with my allergies, so I threw burgers on the grill. Fired up the deep fryer, and made fries, mozzarella sticks, and fried pickles. They had raspberry sorbet, with bananas and pineapple for dessert (DD added sliced frozen Ho Hos to hers). All the food groups were kinda represented....

Hi all, we returned from Louisiana yesterday evening just in time to see the Warriors break the Bulls record for most wins in a season. We had a fabulous time in NOLA and Baton Rouge and, as I promised, here are a few of the things we ate:
Roast beef po-boys, dressed Gumbo ~ 3 times Shrimp and catfish platters Crawfish Mac n Cheese Barbecued oysters Crab stuffed mushrooms Fried Green Tomatoes Cafe du Monde Beignets Crawfish and sausage hash (at the hotel with the incredible free hot breakfast!) Red beans and rice
I have no idea what I'm making for dinner tonight ~ we both feel like we gained 5 pounds!
