I have one guy who said he's coming in really and leaving before the rest (he has an excuse because he's going to a day conference). Another one said he's only there half a day (he's flying to see his daughter at west point this weekend). A third tried to call a truce for tomorrow. A fourth said he was wearing a helmet.

Is it okay to slap more than one? Of course it is, but remember you can't claim workman's comp when you hurt your hand.

Yay! I have a super annoying co-worker. I might not slap that person, but I sure will have fun letting everyone know it is Annoying Co-worker Day! Thanks for pointing that out. ETA: awww....google says it is Oct 23rd. Now I am annoyed.

Oh look, I found some rules to abide by:
* You can only slap one person per hour – no more. * You can slap the same person again if they irritate you again in the same day. * You are allowed to hold someone down as other co- workers take their turns slapping the irritant. * No weapons are allowed…other than going upside somebody’s head with a stapler or a hole-puncher. * If questioned by a supervisor [or police, if the supervisor is the irritant], you are allowed to LIE, LIE, LIE!
Now, study the rules, break out your list of folks that you want to slap the living day lights out of and get to slapping on October 23rd….. and have a great slapping day!

I'm turning y'all in for workplace violence! Mine would also be spousal abuse.

I went from having 60+ coworkers to three. I like them. No slapping tomorrow.

Now I'm worried.....I was asked to sub tomorrow awhile ago. Is the person taking off fearing the slap or are they setting me up?

At the last place I worked, it would have been me, I'm sure. But then the ones that I bugged, bugged me. I was originally put back in the accounting department, solely because I am female. It had nothing to do with my actual job, and it was a hassle to keep walking to the area where all my actual coworkers were. I eventually asked to move and was happier, and it was better to be in the same area as all the people I was working with. The second reason I asked to move was because my boss asked me to spy on the other two girls in that office (the ones who bugged me and I know my actually getting work done bugged them) She wanted me to report to her when they screwed off. I was really pissed at that request. No, it was more a demand.
Problem was, they screwed off all day. One brought in Netflix movies to watch every single day, took two lunch hours, one after the boss left, and then she would pretend she had been there during that time and get up and go take another hour after the boss came back. She also would take multiple days off during the boss's vacations, yet to look at her time card, she was there full time. Same with those lunch hours and the multiple days she made excuses to leave early (only when the boss was gone too) They played noisy computer games back and forth, giggled, talked and talked and talked, and would get upset with me because I couldn't stop what I was doing to play with them. One even said I was no fun because I always had too much work to do. I gave her the benefit of being 22 years old and not having been taught any better. When I was made to report all this to my boss, she did nothing about it! That really made me angry. I was made to tattle, something I am totally against, and she didn't do anything with the information anyway. What was the point? I heard that when they sold the company and all three were transferred to another office under the management of the new owners, the old supervisor quit within a few days and the two girls were both let go within a week. That didn't surprise me at all. But yeah, I bet they disliked me for not joining in.
