I know this is exciting, but may I gently suggest you not let them HAVE the images. A lot of us have a lot of experience working with crafting related companies and we get paid very well. If your ideas are good enough to use then they are good enough to earn you compensation.
Congratulations!!!!!!!!!

This. Don't give away your work for free. Do you have any advice on asking for pay and how much? I have never had to ask for payment and would be anxious to do so. Maybe you could just ask how they compensate their contributes/designers/or whatever you want to call it. They will then probably offer you money or product or both. I do not know what you should be paid for the use of the pictures, so I would check with some photographers. If they want to buy these small projects, I would say they should be sold for $50-$100 or more each. They will probably ask you for the right to do as they wish with the projects including taking photos of them and using the photos however they want. If you are selling the idea to be used in a kit, I would say $1,000. PLEASE note, these prices may be outdated at this point. I have been out of the crafting for cash business since my daughter got sick three years ago. Congratulations!!!!!!

This. Don't give away your work for free. Do you have any advice on asking for pay and how much? Ask them about their compensation program. If they don't have one, that's sketchy. When I release a photo for commercial use I charge in the 100s, depending on the image and the company.

Thank you EVERYONE!
I finally sent a email back to my contact and am waiting for a response.
I gave two options including me re-creating the items for them and also an option to just give the photos.
I sent it yesterday so we will see..I will keep you updated!
Thank you all, your the ones that convinced me to ask for compensation!

I had a HARD time deciding and I am not even sure it was the right amount.

Well, it had been two days and nothing.. My husband keeps saying the longer it goes the better (that is could be mean they are considering my proposal or getting permission).
This waiting is the hardest part.. I am curious if he will accept my terms or not... I am horrible at negotiation.
I will keep you all updated the result.. I am guessing since it is after noon today I may hear tomorrow..
Send good vibes, I think i need them!

You definitely shouldn't help their business for free with your photos. They should have at least offered you some free product. But glad you asked them to pay you for your photos.
