Due to trying to eat anything not nailed to the ground for the past year I have managed to gain some weight. I have not found a pair of underwear I like that fits. I have always been a Jockey for Her since they started making women's lingerie. I have tried 4 different styles in the last couple of months and some more expensive and some not (2 of each). I hated all of them until today (I had to wash them first). I was at Sears the other day and they had underwear on sale. I got a 3 pack of Jockey Classic Fit Elance Supersoft. I don't know if they are new or an old style. The ones I got are bikini (and I am not a bikini girl believe me!) but they fit amazingly well. The fiber content says 93% Modal which I love. I have a couple of tank tops in modal and it is buttery soft. They came in a package of 3 and the colour combination I got was blue and white. I am going back tomorrow as I am in love!
*I don't work for Sears. I don't work for Jockey. I don't sell underwear. I don't get paid for reviews of underwear. I am just one very pleasantly surprised to be back with my old favourite brand!

I'm so tired of trying to find underwear I love. I have different brands I've bought different places, but I hate shopping for undies. I love the boyshorts and hipsters. I was reading The Dreamstress --Leimomi Oakes, a New Zealand pea who used to post on the old board, and I think she's dropped in here, but she's super busy and has a really awesome website. She posted about the undies she made, and I loved them. My dh just surprised me with a serger! I've wanted one for years, but we didn't have the money for me to do a lot of sewing anyway--and dh found a great deal on a Janome 3434D on Woot! So I'm going to find some knit fabric I love and try my hand at making my own undies. I'm going to take apart a couple of my favourite pairs that are getting too ragged and try to copy them. There are also some nice small companies making undies, but they're really $$$. I really want some Foxers, but they're really $$$. I could make undies like these. Maybe I'll buy a pair or two to try out and use one as a pattern. I used to HATE frilly, girly undies and bras--even wearing the huge granny panties my grandma gave me for Christmas, but since I've grown up and embraced my feminine side, I love them--as long as they're comfortable! I love stretchy lace in nude and black. My dh really, really likes my pretty undies--that's worth the extra effort.

I remember the costume designer we had and kept hoping she would post about her interesting career. I was always fascinated with what she would post about!

Glad you found something that works.
I just buy whatever is cheapest at Wal Mart or Target. Cotton briefs. Love when they have the special 2 free packs so I get 8 for the price of 6. When they wear out I have cotton rags.
I guess I don't give underwear much thought.

I was on a under wear hunt for some time. I was watching HSN and saw these panties by Rhonda Shear. They are called Pin-Up pantie set. I recently bought the matching bras. Slowly replacing all of my under wear

My mom wears those and likes them. We have a jockey outlet store close by and she gets a good discount.
I'm a hanky panky thong girl. They make me feel like a rockstar.

I love the panties called Bali Lacy Skamp brief. (Bali retail #2744) hereI like the wide lace at the top and the fit. The panty part is a stretchable fabric that I like. No thongs for me--to reminiscent of sanitary napkin belts!

I hate buying underwear. I hate that the single pairs are so expensive and the multipacks are, well, multipacks so you have to buy 3-6 pairs only to discover you hate them once you put them on. I won't wear thongs (no, just NO) and I want whatever regular underwear I buy to also *not* crawl up my butt crack. It shouldn't be that difficult, but apparently it is!

I've turned into a bit of a pantie snob since I discovered Soma's lace boy shorts. They are by far the most comfortable I've ever worn! And they hold up so well in the wash. I was worried because they are lace, but dang, they are awesome!

I am currently on the hunt. But I really want them all in black. Why don't they sell a package of all black???

I find underwear I love all the time, if it's lacy, brightly coloured and sexy I have to have it.

I pay a lot for one pair of it and get it home and it's too small or the lace not soft enough so it itches my stomach. Maybe you get better stuff across the pond? paigepea Hanky Panky makes nice underwear for sure. I have a couple of their chemises as the Bay calls them. I don't have their underwear as I can't try it on and wouldn't know if I like it. It's too expensive for me to find out if I hate it or not. I have Wacoal underwear to match my pretty coloured bras that fit me a couple of years ago. Yeah, not so much anymore.

All I can say is Marks and Spencers! They seriously have the best underwear. I do have issues with itchy skin though and sometimes I buy stuff that I just can't get along with, even after washing the lace just doesn't seem soft enough.

We had a 2 story store downtown forever and ever and then M&S closed out of Canada. How cruel is that? As a teen I wasn't quite old enough to shop there. Now, I wish we had it.

At one time M&S would ship to the US if you ordered online. I would think they would also ship to Canada. A big PIA, but if you have something you love..............

Very cruel. I do find them a little 'old' for my taste in most things but their undies are great.

Very cruel. I do find them a little 'old' for my taste in most things but their undies are great. When I was 15 when they were here they were too old for me, too. Now I will never get to find out. My chances of making it to the UK in my lifetime at this point aren't great. Ok I have a secret lingerie habit that I feed and they have something on the website I am going to need. I will have to contact my niece in London and discuss it with her. If she is coming home this summer I may need it. It is mocha coloured and silk. It is beautiful!

My underwear is so old - at least 8 years old. I've only replaced a few pairs over the years.

This is so dumb, but the absolutely most comfortable undies I've ever worn were the ones the hospital gave me when I had surgery recently. They were really basic stretch net boyshort type and I loved them. Wish I could buy them somewhere! No pinching, no gaping, no roll down, no butt creep... They were perfect!

It is mocha coloured and silk. It is beautiful! Sounds wonderful. I had green silk M&S undies, just so gorgeous and lasted for years. They also do very nice handbags!

Jockey for me! Hipsters with no waistband. They feel silky, so not cotton. I swear it feels like you're commando and no lines!

I'm in the market for new undies. I read somewhere that VS went back to selling the good ones but the VS here didn't. They're not even close to the same. I tried Aerie and didn't find anything there either. I prefer cotton so I guess I'll hit walmart and try some hanes or something.

I found THESE underwear about a year ago, and love them. They're so comfortable. I bought a pack for my 16 year old daughter, and she loves them too.
