Our school will be using something new for us, "I-ready" next year to monitor student progress. Any feedback? (I teach high school math and it sounds really good to me).

Yes, we use both I-ready and I-station in our district. I don't like either.

I piloted it for one year. I teach elementary. The kids hated it. It was tortuous to them and not beneficial to anyone. We dumped it after that year.

We implemented it this year.
Not my favorite, though it provides good data.

We use it for math and reading at the k-8 level. I like what it can do- give valuable information, growth monitoring.
I do not like it for lots of reasons.... 1. NOT teacher friendly AT ALL! You have to go thru 3 different pages to get a report 2. When a student fails a lesson several times, you have to manually go in and reset their lessons and assign more on whatever that topic is 3. When assigning new or more lessons, you have to naviagate from the page it tells you where their deficiencies are to another page to assign lessons. Why this can't all be done on one page is beyond me. It would be so much easier to click on the area they are deficient in, have a drop down to pick more lessons, and be done. 4. My kids get bored with it very easily and quickly. I used it as part of my math enrichment program this year and it was a struggle to get them to do it. 5. Games, shut.them.off.
