My dentist does Philips Zoom teeth whitening which is both an in- office treatment with custom made trays and LED light and at-home DIY follow up, so a two part system. I see that you can buy the Philips Zoom gel and trays on Amazon and I'm wondering if I should spend the $400 at my dentist or the +/-$50 on Amazon.
Anyone have any experience with Zoom? Is the dentist version worth $400? Is it that much better than the DIY version?

I use a Q-Tip and forty volume peroxide before I brush my teeth a few times a week. I leave it on for about one minute. My teeth are sparkly white.

I'm a sucker for buying stuff at Kroger that is marked down on clearance.
Since starting work, I've been drinking a LOT more coffee while at work. I've noticed that my teeth are beginning to show signs of that increased coffee.
A month or two ago, I saw some Arm and Hammer "Truly Radiant" gel that you put on when you add your toothpaste to your brush that was marked down to like $3 for a tube.
I thought "what the heck...for $3 it's worth a try" and proceeded to purchase not one but two tubes.
I used it twice a day as directed for a few weeks and saw huge results. I now use it once a day as more "maintenance" and my teeth still look great. (and I'm still drinking a ton of coffee throughout the day)
