For those of you that put together page kits for crops and for just working on, how do you store them? - In my other homes I had a wire crate that I had set up with slots for storing page kits, but I don't really have a spot to set it up in this space right now. I thought I'd get more prepared for our May layout challenge, but struggling with where to put the supplies in kit form. I really like these from Amazon and think that's a great price. But don't know if I want to spend the money now.

I use those clear plastic 12x12 envelopes that Michael's sells. I get them on sale or with a coupon, and I treat them almost as disposable. Or I use 2-gallon Ziploc bags.

I keep them in the 12 x 12 Iris/other brand plastic boxes. Then I take them to crops and put my completed pages right back in to tote back home.

I really like these from Amazon and think that's a great price. But don't know if I want to spend the money now. Costco has a very similar design but they're different colors (not clear) and not Iris brand. If you have a membership, check it out! They're cheaper than that amazon link.

FYI, The ones at Costco are the Options brand, and they have slightly smaller inside dimensions than the Iris ones. I have both. I like the Options ones for embellishments and I like the latches on them better. I don't like them for paper or 12" stickers because with the branding strips on the papers they tend to get bent up. Just so you know.

I keep mine in Ziplock bags or in clear 12x12 plastic storage boxes.

I keep mine in Ziplock bags or in clear 12x12 plastic storage boxes. This is what I do as well...mostly 12x12 ziplock bags with several kits in one bag. I attach a sticky note to mark what event the kit is for. I can get several pages worth in 1 bag so keeps it easy. For events like birthday or Halloween, I already keep the paper and embellishments in a separate folder or Iris box, I just take the box unless I get in super-planning mode and pull specific paper/embellishments for those pages.

12 x 12 clear baggies- Even if it isn't a kit, I will store papers from the same line in those. I bought 1,000 of them. They ended up being about 15 cents a piece after shipping, and they store everything so nicely.

Do you make page kits for crops? I don't go to crops, so I make the page kits using divided sheet protectors and putting them directly in the binder where the page will go when it's finished. Sometimes I use more than one 12x12 or 8.5x11 sheet protector if there's a lot of embellishments. I tend to be a flat scrapper, so it's not much of a problem.
My albums are organized chronologically but I don't scrap in chronological order. I'm okay if there's some unfinished pages next to finished pages.

When I scrap at home, I stack them in a drawer from one of my (12 x 12) 3 drawer units from Sterilite. When I'm prepping for a crop, the papers, photos, and any other flat objects go into a page protector, the one I'll use to keep the finished page in when I'm done with it.

I use 2-gallon Ziploc bags I've used those before and store club kits in them. Having a "DUH" moment now that I didn't even think to use them here. Costco has a very similar design but they're different colors (not clear) and not Iris brand. If you have a membership, check it out! They're cheaper than that amazon link. I don't have a Costco close to me. I'm stuck with Sam's. I loved Costco!

I store them in 13x13 zip lock style baggies...the 12x12s were sometimes too tight for the paper, cardstock and embellishments. I bought the bags at clearbags.com...actually did a group buy with a group of friends.

I kept the baggies every month and I just reuse them over and over. Since I keep my papers by collection in those as well, it helps make quick work of kitting. I store almost ALL my paper this way. I do have a small stack sorted by color.

I use page protectors and either stack in a Iris-type box (travel) or put in a 3-ring binder (home)

I just started making page kits and I'm putting them in the 13x13 zipper bags -- it was 99 cents for a box of 10 from the local 99 cents store. (Although buying 1000 of them for 15 cents each is tempting, I think my BF would be horrified, lol!! As far as storing those page kits?? Right now I have a cardboard box that I snagged from work (an empty copy paper box). They're all sitting upright inside that cardboard box, along with page protectors that are holding all my vacation photos. Not the neatest or most organized, but it works for the short term, and I can carry it with me to the crop. I also have this: Iris Scrapbook Case which I bought at M's or J's... it has hanging folders inside, and a tray inside the lid for small things. I have four or so pages in progress in this case, so I can take it back and forth to the SB store crop if I want to work on them.

I was just thinking of where would I store them. I have a 12x12 file plastic box that could be used similar to the Scrapbook Case but without the tray that would work. Thanks.

I use these zip bags. I've had the same batch for years. They're pretty sturdy and fit 12x12 paper if you tuck it under the zip. I can fit 2 page kits in each one. Because I don't want my photos flying around, getting scratched by my embellishments, I bought this photo holder off ebay a few years ago.

I keep the collection all together until I have only a couple sheets of paper left, then I disperse everything into my general stash.
They stand up nicely on edge in my armoire.
Also, I have never worn one out. They are very durable.

I was thinking of putting them in those clear 12x12 iris cases…but I would have needed a lot of them. I think I was able to fit 3 kits (thinner kits) in one case. I think they would have taken up more space than necessary. So I keep each kit in a zippered bag and keep all of the kits an a large tote. I am going through my whole scrapbooking room and re-organizing it and documenting the process. Anyone remember Wookiemouse's challenges? I am following hers again and another challenge. Here is my kit video www.youtube.com/watch?v=XRWULLK0Ayc
