I have maybe 1000 little tiny pink dots on my forehead and I don't know what they are from. I don't use conditioner on my bangs. I wash my face 2x day. I use Philosophy to wash my face with. I don't know what to do now. Now the effers are multiplying along my jaw line. Ergh! What do you do when you are this old with acne. My cheeks are perfect. My nose is perfect. Just my upper forehead and jaw line. Suggestions? Elannah

Are you sure it's acne and not something else? I've never heard of it "spreading" like that. Do you have a photo?

Ok I just took a photo of it. You can sort of see it. Just uploading it now.

I did have a good mascara day today, though. I am sorry the photo is so big. Can you see the little red dots? They are there. I don't know what they are but they are there.

I am sorry this photo is so large but you need to see the lumps. There are little red dots all over my forehead. Something has to help them right?
Thanks! Elannah

It may be rocseca (sp?)...I have outbreaks of that on my chin from time to time and it looks exactly like that. When I have a flair I just take dyoxcycline (sp? - cleary I'm not sure on my spellings today!) and it clears right up.

Rosacea I had no idea. I thought people got that on their cheeks and noses. I am off to google. Thank you for the information Christy! That is really helpful!

Ok it looks like rosacea. The treatment options are Flagyl and some other cream that Sephora carries. I can't take Flagyl so I will try the medicated pads at Sephora.
Thanks!

I don't know about roseacea. It's typically not on the forehead, and your bumps don't look red at all.
I have similar bumps that have spread across my forehead, too. They don't itch, they're not like a pimple at all. I guess I should get into see the dermatologist.

It looks more like an allergic reaction to me. I once had the same thing ALL over my face. I was in my teens and my Mum had read that opening up a Vitamin E capsule and spreading it on your face was good for the skins. I did it and woke up the next morning looking like an orange peel (texture wise). I won't use anything with Vitamin E on my face now!
