I happened upon some halibut in the store this morning! That almost never happens here, stores get maybe one shipment a year and it sells out super quick at about $25/pound. So I wasn't prepared but I had to buy some anyway, halibut is my favorite. Anyone have a good recipe?

That looks really good! Unfortunately the only ingredient needed that I have on hand is the halibut lol. So I will be filing that one away for another day. Thanks!

I made some last week. I rinsed and patted the fish dry. Seasoned with salt and pepper. Then brushed on a layer of a mixture of mayo and Dijon. Then I mixed panko, parm and some thyme and piled that on top of the fish. Baked until the topping stated to get golden...maybe 25 minutes at 350. It was delish.

I think I even have most of that stuff here.
