That tells you where the good sales are, at that time? Lets say, eddie bauer is having a good sale this wk, and JCP next wk. Is there one site I can go to that tells me the sales at that time? or next wk? the best time to shop online?

My Ebates App will show who's having good sales on the front page of the app. Also, if you type in a particular store it will tell you what sales they're running and any available coupon codes available. That's the only one I know of, though.
