All five of us are sick so it looks like chicken noodle soup from a can. Jen

I had some chicken meatballs in the freezer so last night I threw together a baked pasta casserole using them instead of ground beef. DD just ate some for lunch and really enjoyed it so I'm looking forward to my dinner break tonight at work. I also made some peanut butter M&M truffles for my co-workers bday. I kept a few back for us so we have "dessert" tonight. YUM!

I'm making a chicken stir fry. Thanks for the thread. I enjoy getting ideas and love the diversity of menus.

We're having Chicken Stuff (basically swiss chicken) and steamed broccoli. Pineapple chunks and leftover fruit dip for dessert

The boy is gone for the night, but I had some grilled chicken with my mom's homemade bbq sauce in the freezer. So I thawed that out, made some mac/cheese and peas and that is dinner. The boy will pissed that he missed this one-mac/cheese is his favorite of all time. As for the tooth fairy question, if I recall correctly the tooth fairy was terribly inconsistent-some times she had a gold dollar coin, sometimes it was as if she raided the piggy bank first and left a collection of dimes and nickels. Not only that, our fairy would sometimes pass us right by. I think she was old and needed to retire.

Monday night = dinner at MIL's = YUM! She made an amazing soup, kind of like Tom Yum soup but with her own twist. She rarely follows a recipe, just chucks in whatever she has in the fridge. It was super tasty but a bit spicy for DS and SIL. Then for the main course she made fried rice and these salmon parcels wrapped in filo pastry (or phyllo as y'all spell it up there). She put other bits and pieces in the parcels, and served it with a chilli mayo. They were magnificent. 4 people didn't finish theirs (in fact DSO didn't eat any of his) so I have lots of leftovers for lunch.
I think MIL often cooks stuff she knows I will love rather than what her own kids love, because she knows that I am the most appreciative out of anybody. I love pretty much everything she cooks.

Tater tot casserole, salad, rolls. It's our big family dinner night! Umm, what's the going rate for the tooth fairy? My cutie's tooth is about ready to fall out Well, several years ago we paid $3 per tooth, but we accounted for inflation and cost of living expenses.
