So it is now noon Monday here. I finally had to call the customer care rep to find our what the heck is going to be done about our roof leak. (Yes, its still dripping in there since the snow hasn't finished melting). She claims she was given the wrong address. Umm, not sure why she didn't call my cell phone number. It was listed on the online form I had to fill out.
I'm trying not to be pissed but, I am.
She will be calling a company that will come out with fans and try and stop the leak. The roofers can't be asked to go onto the roof until the snow is completely gone.
I should have called at 9 am but, it was trying to practice patience.

I think the time for patience is over. Its time to start calling every hour on the hour till people show up. By her own admission she had "bad information" but couldn't think logically to call to get corrected information so its now your job to stay on top of them. Sucks. Im so sorry that its come down to this.

I had to go back to your past threads to figure out what was going on. what I would do is start by poking a hole in the drywall on the ceiling (small, size of a dime) to get it to leak out that hole quickly instead of building up and running all over the place. You'll have more control then.
As for getting them there, you'll probably have to have a fit honestly.

My DH cut two holes on Saturday so it would drain better. It's just dripping from there now. Before that a huge section of the ceiling was showing signs of being wet.
The builder seems to have no process for tracking owner complaints. The rep was under the impression that the remediation company had been to my house before (we had a plumbing leak) to fix the drywall in the basement.

That stinks that you're still waiting. I hope things get fixed soon.
