I clearly have been living under a rock because I didn't even know this was back. And I admit my first thought was ugh, why?
My eyebrows are pretty heavy naturally, and I've been plucking them back for years. Not a super thin line, just kind of moderate.
Apparently now plucked eyebrows are out of style and as 'aging' as a pair of stonewashed mom jeans (except wait - those are back, too).
So if you've been plucking all these years, have you stopped? Have you gone to extraordinary lengths like using latisse or rogaine on your brows, or even considered a brow transplant??
And finally, if you're over 40, is it OK to skip the caterpillar brows along with the stonewashed, high-waisted jeans? Because you've BTDT already?

I don't have super thin brows, just maintained. If I did nothing, they would be beasts!

I don't care if the bushy eyebrow look it back...I will keep waxing mine. If I let them grow naturally they are the ugliest clump of uneven yuck mankind has ever seen.
Eh gads....stonewashed jeans....I hope those never come back!

And I have to wonder ... if hairy eyebrows are back, will the younger generation all start sporting 80s porn bushes as well? Will the market for merkins heat up?

I guess so, but out of laziness, not fashion consciousness.

No bushy eyebrows for me. I have to do a lot of coloring them in as it is!

Latisse and Rogaine for eyebrows?! I need some. My eyebrows have thinned out and it isn't from plucking. I like thick eyebrows on some faces. Some girls wear it well. But if we're talking Albert Einstein eyebrows, no way.

I don't care if they're back or not I won't be following that fashion that's for sure. I did notice that stonewashed jeans are back when I was out shopping the other day.Not my cup of tea I'm afraid so I'll be leaving them to everyone else too.

I have always kept mine natural. They are not thick and bushy by their nature though. I tweeze a couple hairs in between and a couple in the arch just to make them tidy, but the rest I leave alone.
I am not a fan of the "done" brow on my face. Anything beyond tidied up looks wrong on me, especially filled in with pencil/powder/etc. - just not right for my face.

I have thick eyebrows and don't pluck, and finally I'm in? Cool! :-)

I have dark brown hair, but my eyebrows are so blonde, they are almost invisible. So I tidy them up a little bit, but it doesn't matter because you really can't see them. I do have to use colored eyebrow wax, or it would look like I have no eyebrows.

I am, but just out of not having time to go get them waxed. As soon as I have time for an appointment, I will be out of style. And that is perfectly ok with me!

My eyebrows are pretty light and sparse so I have never really had to do much with them. Maybe I need to look into extensions?

Personally I don't think it works over a certain age....can't say exactly what that age is but what looks trendy and attractively natural on a 20 something just looks unkempt and neglected on me at 50+

I am sporting bushy eyebrows, but it's not a good look on me. I nearly have a unibrow going on, and I pluck just enough to ensure that doesn't happen. I used to wax and kept them neat, but not thin. I loved it. But I just can't justify the cost right now.

I have never plucked my eyebrows but they are not bushy either - I just leave them in their natural state and they have always looked fine.

I've never done a lot with my brows, so I'll be happy for a thicker trend. I occasionally trim and wax, but not to the degree that a lot of women do. I can't stand the almost-not-there look/removed to the extreme on adults.
DD, on the other hand, won't be happy for a thick eyebrow trend. She has thin, extremely blond eyebrows.

I have been plucking mine for so long I could do the bushy look even if I wanted to. Not even sure I would if I could, I don't think that is a good look for me. I don't have mine super thin either though.

No, but I did notice most recently when I went to get my eyebrows threaded that they left them a little thicker than normal (and the lady chastised me to let a certain area grow in...), and all the gals working there had more substantial brows. I think the trend is just for thicker brows, not necessarily bushy. The ones I've seen all look really well maintained, just not thin.

I wish! I over-plucked my pale blonde eyebrows in the 1970's, as was the fashion then, only to discover that MY SILLY EYEBROWS didn't grow back...I still have them, of course, just a line of them though...and while that isn't good, I haven't had to pluck since 1977. LOL

Thick but not bushy. When I have them threaded, I do make sure that I tell the chick that I only want them tidied, not pruned.

I have never done anything with my eyebrows. They aren't bushy if left alone, or thin ... just normal. Plus, I have red hair so they're pretty light/fair anyway.

Mine are barely visible so I have them threaded from time to time just to clean them up. I don't care what the style is as long as folks don't have long hairs sticking out here and there. Bushy or sparse - whatever works.

on accident. I have not quite Brook Shields level brows. When I do get them done, they stay pretty thick. I just have the arch enhanced and cleaned up. They have thinned a bit over the last few years but just in the center. The crappy overgrown garbage is still there. I need to get mine done in the next week though. Gotta get on that.
