Yes, although I find decent content in the book anyway (not a Christian). Sometimes it gets rough wading through the references, but it's ok.

It has been a few (a lot) years since I've read the book all the way through but I don't remember the book being overly religious. Certainly there is a religious themes and messages throughout it but not with the specifics of love languages. I'm not religious and I thought it was easy to ignore the religious prose and get something out of the book.

The man is a homophobe.
There was a remark made regarding parents making their child gay because of something. I can't remember what. It was so outrageously ignorant.
It completely invalidated anything he had to say. I loathed the fact that I gave him money to read his homophobic crap.
I read the one for teens.
