You could use duct tape. Or you could wipe the back with a damp cloth, let it dry, and it should work.

I wash clear stamps in warm water with the 'miracle product' that is Dawn dish soap. LOL! Let them air dry and they should stick again. I haven't tried it with rubber or cling stamps. But i think it should work the same.
ETA: Remember to also wash the blocks.

If you use a soap or detergent, make sure you rinse to eliminate a residue.

Yes, soap and water is the cheapest and easiest way to make stamps sticky again.

I often forget to clean my blocks, but that has been the most crucial part of keeping my stamps sticky
