I've told my husband that it will be a few more days just so I can enjoy how pretty (and clean and new it is) for awhile longer! We planned to remodel about 3 years ago, but other projects kept coming up. It might have been a good thing because by the time we started, I was pretty sure about everything I wanted. Just wanted to share.

Gorgeous!!! May I ask how long the renovation took? I would love to redo our bathroom (it hasn't been touched since the house was built in the 40s!), but with only one bathroom in the house, that poses a problem...

Oh LOVE it!!
I SO want to redo our master bathroom. It is a complete waste of space. It is huge (9x9 or 10x10) and stuff is all spread out and in stupid places - the heating vent is along the one empty wall, so I can't put a nice furniture piece there to fill space.
It looks so dreamy and spa-like - love it!!

That's beautiful. We are about to embark on the same project, and I'm not looking forward to the process.

I would love to redo our bathroom (it hasn't been touched since the house was built in the 40s!), but with only one bathroom in the house, that poses a problem... It was about 7 weeks starts to finish. I had ordered everything before they demo'd. There were about 2 weeks of no work. The cabinets were a week behind so that was one week. And then the marble fabricators could not come until the cabinets were in and then we waited about a week for the marble installation. I liked the contractors we worked with- the dust was bad. And they pretty much took over our garage, but overall it was a very positive experience.

Oh wow! Beautiful! Do you have before photos? It was a very builder basic bathroom. We could not afford any upgrades when we moved in and I was never inspired to even decorate it. The layout stayed the same. The only thing we kept were the doors and shutters. We removed the big soffit and that makes a big difference.

My hubby does bathroom remodels and kitchens too. He says that people ALWAYS complain about the dust. ALWAYS. And the workers always do the best to cleanup each day...it's just a part of it that everyone must notice!

Love it! You're inspiring me because this is what we need. Our bathroom is almost identical.

Lovely! We are looking at a bathroom remodel sooner rather than later. We thought it would be livable for a few years, but now that we are living in the house, it really isn't.

I love it all. What color is the paint? It's perfect and makes the room so lovely.

Beautiful! I love it all. What color is the paint? It's perfect and makes the room so lovely. It's Sherwin Williams Sea Salt. It really changes color grayish green to grayish blue, but it seemed to photograph darker than it looks to me.

It's beautiful! What kind of floor is that? It's a porcelain plank tile that looks like wood. It's actually more grayish and not quite as dark as the photo
