I've seen Mary Fallin on a lot of lists for who Trump is likely to pick as his VP running mate. As you probably saw, she just vetoed the legislation that we discussed that would have criminalized abortion in OK. So, questions:
1. What do you think this means in terms of whether or not Trump has already picked her or will pick her? 2. If you are at all open to voting for Trump in the first place (those of us who are like "first I will gouge out my own eyes and eat them with a grapefruit spoon" don't need to answer this), would knowing this make you any more or less likely to vote for Trump, if he does pick her?

I hadn't heard this news yet, so thanks for the heads up. I'm so glad she vetoed this idiotic legislation.
Interesting question #1. It could mean something, huh? I wouldn't think Trump would want her if she HAD signed such clearly unconstitutional legislation, but who knows.
Personally, I think he needs someone with Washington connections. (ETA maybe she's been to Washington already, though. I don't know much about her. If she's a former Congressman, she wasn't well-known, I don't think.)

Here's what the Washington Post said. I'm pretty concerned about her comment that Roe v Wade needs to be overturned by a new Supreme Court justice. I understand the need to change law with Court decisions, but generally that is to insure rights, not deny them. I won't vote for anyone with that agenda. wapo.st/1qzyJW9
