Yeah, I would have liked it better if it had been shorter. I kept watching, waiting for the punch line that never came. But it was cute and funny ... just not THAT funny.

I thought it was hilarious. I love seeing people experience joy like that. Me too - such joy over something so simple. Her laughter was so contagious!!!

It did nothing for me either. In fact, I didn't even watch it all. I'm also tired of seeing it on my FB newsfeed.

It was shared by friends in my facebook feed over a dozen times the day it broke the Internet. They all thought she was amazing and wanted to be her best friend. One of my friends said, "if you aren't laughing hysterically and wanting to hang out with this lady all day, you are dead inside!" I also saw people who posted that they wanted to be this woman's BFF. One friend even raced out to the shops to buy one for herself, and then posted her own video on FB. Okaaaaaay. I guess I must be dead inside because I didn't laugh hysterically and I don't particularly want to hang out with her all day. ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/images/Q_m8lDOvc_3Le3r1GKdf.jpg) I did smile though at her obvious joy, so perhaps I'm not completely dead inside!

I wasn't even interested in watching it or any of spin-offs I saw being linked.
I don't really like any video that I'd have to watch and understand what is being said to get it. YouTube videos and I do not get along. People suggest YouTube tutorials all the time. I hate them.

All my FB friends thought it was sooooo funny, tears streaming down the face funny. So I had high expectations.....it was funny and I chuckled and smiled some. That's all.

I thought it was funny but the lead up to putting the mask on was boring. I have a friend like her that can't stop laughing once she gets going, so I found it amusing.

I'm not big on it either. It's kind of funny. I giggled once. But I don't get all the hoopla about it.

I saw the link of FB but didn't watch it but then my daughter sent it to me so I thought I should. The beginning was way too long. I was thinking just put it on already. I think the mask itself is pretty cool though.

I just loved it. I wished I could bottle that energy and simplicity and just drink it down.
Sometimes I miss the little things in life...and this was one of them.

It got so annoying after about 10 seconds. I appreciate her joy but don't get all the popularity of the video.

I thought it was funny, but I wouldn't say hysterical. I'm skeptical of all things on Facebook and if they are really authentic as they seem. I looked at her Facebook page quickly and it didn't surprise me that she'd do something like this. I don't recall what it was, but maybe into acting or something. Comedy?
Musical theater.

I am actually kind of shocked she isn't a Pea!
I watched it too and laughed but not the funniest thing I've ever seen and also cut it off before it was over. She looks like a fun person to hang out with but I just didn't find the video to be as funny as everyone else seemed too. Glad to see I am not alone!

Did y'all see Kohl's response? They presented her with enough masks for the whole family, $2500 in gift cards, what looked to be every single Star Wars product they sell and 10,000 bonus points. So I guess she is laughing all the way 'to the bank.' I saw that!! Crazy! hop2 It didn't even make me giggle.

I love that J u l e e tries to be controversial and even titles the thread controversial, and everyone is agreeable and nice with their responses. Only a super nice pea turned refupea could not be able to pull off a self proclaimed controversial thread! Julee, I think you are one of the nicest down to earth refupeas so I hope you take this with the respect and humor that was intended.

I found it extremely irritating. I only watched to the end because of this thread, if I'd come across this on FB I would have turned off after 10 seconds.

I chuckled and I thought she seemed like one of those always-upbeat people that I truly admire. But I did not laugh hysterically, and in fact, I didn't actually make it to the end of the video.

I watched it twice. The first time a distant relative posted it on FB. I watched it and my first thoughts on it were I don't think I would ever video myself in my car with a mask, funny but I didn't LOL but I did smile and I didn't hear laughter I saw deep joy. I watched it a 2nd time after another friend shared about her story, life, etc.

She's going to be on GMA in a few minutes. Maybe I don't have a sense of humor, although to do find things funny, what I just saw on the GMA preview hardly brought a smile.

I just watched her segment on GMA. Chewbacca and funny/unfunnyness aside, she has a beautiful soul. Her last thought about "from one mama's heart to another" made me tear up.
ETA: GMA this morning:

I don't think its supposed to be 'hilarious'. I think it broke the internet because it was genuine unguarded excitement and joy she was showing. Not to a view of a punchline or trying to break the internet. It was just her sharing that dumb excitement we feel over stuff at times. It made me giggle as it was like hanging with a friend who was excited to share something with you. So much of the internet has an motive or punchline and this was just her laughing away to hetself. Lost in a moment.

She's a cute girl, I like her a lot. She has a fun personality. But I wasn't all over it, like some people are. Not saying I didn't like it, it just wasn't that over the top like some people on FB were.

Lost in a moment. Totally agree with this. This wasn't a staged event in my opinion. Just a spontaneous moment of joy. Now she's getting swept up in the hype, but that's not her fault. I think she's handling it well and her GMA interview was perfect. She was real. She was down-to-earth. And her mama heart comment at the end made me tear up. What a sweetie.
