Neighbouring state is like a neighbouring province unless you live in say St. George, Utah and Las Vegas is your next big city. If I had to go to Vancouver and incur the cost of a ferry ride, passenger, food, time etc to attend a nothing of a sale I wouldn't either. I thought you were in the same town. They by all means GO but different state? Naa.
