Brings back bittersweet memories. That was our theme song at my first wedding. Husband died in a traffic accident 11 months and 2 weeks later. That song still tugs at my heart every time I hear it.

brandy327 I couldn't believe its length either. I was enjoying it but was thinking if this was a commericial, what for? and the $ they must have spent for such a long one... calbear so sorry for the loss and heartache you've endured.

I've been seeing it on YouTube for about a month now...so cute!! I got a little misty eyed also. I don't really watch a lot of TV--95% of what I watch is online from YT or Hulu, so I figured it was the longer format to fit those commercial spot formats--it would be weird to see such a long format one on regular TV. Publix will have tearjerker ones often during the holidays and for Mother's/Father's Day.

Wow that song has come full circle. It started out as the music for a bank commercial.Richard Carpenter convinced the writer to flesh it out into a whole song, which the Carpenters made famous. Then my 12 year old self used her babysitting money ( 50 cents an hour), to buy my very first album, Close to You.
Loved the carpenters. Karen's voice was beyond amazing.

Love it! That's a really long commercial, I haven't seen it (although I have to admit, I fast forward through commercials!). But so cute! My 16 yr. old has a boyfriend now, and it's so cute to see young love! When they are together they are so stinkin adorable! My husband and I can't help but smile seeing them together.
