Since becoming healthy and fit my boobs resemble this.... This is a new issue for me. Usually I am busting out every which way. So, is there some sort of "insert" for swim tops to help round them out a little? Something like those pointless panty liner like inserts that come in most suits, but more structure?

Awesome!
Has anyone tried these? Do they just go inside the existing pocket? I do not want to swim one way and have my "boob" float off the other way.

They make some pretty good padded swimwear. I used to get mine at Macys, and I'm sure you can find them at lots of stores. Not the thin padding you mentioned, but fairly substantial padding that def makes the girls look better.

I too buy swimwear with a more substantial bra inside. Not just that liner. And the bra is padded fairly well.

In the future I definitely will, but I bought two suits at the end of the season last year. They are adorable, so I would like to use them.

I'm LOL. Buy a padded swimsuit. Then you know you'll be secure.
ETA: Just read that you just bought some cute swimwear. Perhaps you could try the lingerie section of a store and see if they sell a product. Is there a bathing suit store in your area? They might also have accessories.

There are tons and tons of options in fashion swimwear that include essentially a push up bra - underwire, padded, etc. I wouldn't buy a separate insert.

I hear you Tanktop! After losing lots of weight I too am a bit deflated. I buy swimsuits with bra sizing and push-up. They have underwire and padding to make me feel like I have a little something going on. I've bought from Victoria's Secret and Land's End. I think Soma has some nice options too.

Just one caution regarding those padded top bathing suits. They can hold a lot of water. Which can lead to the awkward choice of either squeezing your boob area out as you exit the pool or sitting and dripping from your boobs for the next 20 minutes.

Oh girl...I completely feel your pain. LOL For the longest time I was a 40DD. Now I'm like a 38 double flat. Ugh. Both bathing suits I currently own are from last year when I was 40 lbs heavier. Since they were tight last year, I'm guessing they'll fit this year but if not, I'm looking for something with push up qualities. LOL Good luck and I hope you find something that works for you!

In fact I should be receiving a package from them today or tomorrow with a few new swimwear separates I bought this year.

This is so not helpful but I'm giggling like an idiot at this thread. What with the balloon and the visual of wringing out your boob padding

I have the opposite problem...I have lost weight everywhere but my boobs. I'm a cup F/G which is borderline obscene in a swimsuit. I can't find anything that works for me.

My problem is, I have enough boob. Why in the world are you only giving me a "soft cup" bra option in D/DD when I really need an underwire. Large boobs need structure not more badly placed and fitted padding.

We were in Mexico this March. The red flag was up to let us know the waves were dangerous. Of course we swam anyway. Let me tell you, anything that was not attached to your body did some swimming! This boob swimming might explain some of the things we saw in the waves.

I recently bought some one piece swimsuits that look like something JLo would wear with huge plunge in the front. So I have been thinking about buying those silicon inserts to a) keep the girls up b) prevent a wardrobe malfunction.

I would just go for something a bit padded. I usually get swimsuits/tankinis from Lands End and IMO they have a good selection.

I lost 62 pounds and my boobs look like the chimpanzee moms you see on wild life documentaries. But in an underwire bra I'm still a 36DD. Go figure. The thing I need this season is a swimsuit that is sold by bra size and I've bought them before. They are hard to find, but at this company that is all they sell. www.everythingbutwater.com I'm very lucky and have a brick store in my town and have bought a suit from them a few years ago. I loved that suit although now it is too big, so I'm going there to find a new one this season. There are a few other sites that offer bra sized swimwear which is what I recommend if you are in this situation. www.titlenine.com has a couple although they are more expensive, and www.athleta.com has some too. Lands End offers one or two choices but I don't like their styles at all this year. To me they aren't flattering and look like a bra. You can Google "bra sized swimwear" and come up with a few more. PS What I was trying to say was that in a bra sized swimwear top which usually has an under wire bra in it that's helped me get the boobs back up to their correct position without inserts or things floating away. Sorry for not being clearer. The structure of a bra sized swimwear top really helps.

That's what happened to me after breastfeeding 3 kids. I've got fat since getting married, yet the boobs remain the same. I don't know what size you are but I'm regular/plus sized depending on the store and there's usually too much room up top for me when I try on swim suits!

One time I had on a swim suit with the insertable pads in them and since I was at home, swimming in my own pool, I got out and took the pads out because like a pp said--they never dry out! Anyway, my mom and her husband came over and we were sitting on the patio talking when my mom says, "Oh, here don't forget your pads." She's such a tactful woman!

I know it's not funny to you, but that green balloon. I'm not any help because my boobs never go away- doesn't matter how much weight I lose.
