I want to hand over responsibility for the grocery shopping to my DH. But seriously, he went today and texted me 15,000 times with questions. Seven hundred text messages later, he probably forgot half of what I texted him. Or got the wrong thing.
I am looking for some kind of app for our phones where DH, me, and my kids can all add things to a grocery list. I think it will be easier if everyone can add things. All of us have android phones, except DD, hers is an iphone. Do you know of any app we could all use to form our grocery list?

I realized the Key Ring app allows you to add items to lists from your phone and computer. You can even add pictures of the items. I'm the only one who uses it in our house but looking at the description it looks like it can be shared. Everyone would have access to loyalty cards too. The app is available for android and apple devices.

Wunderlist is great for shared lists and is cross-platform.

MealBoard will let you do this. It's also a meal planning and recipe app. I think it's the greatest.

We had the same issue, but now we just take a picture of the white board with our grocery list. We are so low tech ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/images/OrTI4SBmZ2ZYSFv6ag4f.jpg)

Out of Milk does all of this, I believe.

I use Checklet. I have multiple running lists for all of the stores we regularly go to, and lists can be emailed to anyone from right within the app. It also has a locator thing that shows which items are available close by.

I use Grocery IQ. You can arrange the store aisles. You can have cmultiple stores. The lists sync between phones. I'll often add notes for DH under the item. If you clinic on the item in the list it shows you a picture which helps too.

ourgroceries.com. We use it on iphone, android, pc and Mac and love it. You can categorize by store. You can cross off while you shop and SO at home can see what you've bought. You can add stuff you've forgotten for the recipe you are making RIGHT NOW to it while SO is at the grocery store picking up the other stuff you forgot you needed. You can email your list to your secretary ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/images/Q_m8lDOvc_3Le3r1GKdf.jpg) so she can shop for you (or accidentally text it to your BFF out of state). We use it for shopping lists, packing lists, inventory lists. Did I already say I love it ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/images/MNrJDkDuSwqIMVw33MdD.jpg)

We love Wunderlist. All 5 of us have access to each list (one for Costco, one for the grocery store, etc.) We even use it for our holiday/birthday wish lists.

Nothing worked for us until we got an Echo. The Alexa app is awesome and makes it easy for anyone to add what they need and for anyone to shop for it and take it off the list.

We use Paprika. It is mostly for recipes and meal planning, but then you can automatically add recipe ingredients to the grocery list, plus anything else you want. Syncs across phones, computer, etc.

I use my Echo. It's so easy just to say "Alexa, put peanut butter on my shopping list." Jen
