I don't know why, but I was just thinking about them and the craze surrounding them.
Scrappers were collecting all the different collections of colors.
People were even selling empty bottles.
Due to financial constraints, I only bought two bottles ever. But oh how I envied having multiple bottles.
Funny enough, I'm still working on using a handful of the tiniest paper flowers that came in one of those bottles. Them seem to multiply when I'm not looking.
Did you have them? Like them?
Now it seems that we have to buy flowers in small increments for more money.

They really were all the craze way back when. I had my fair share. I have just a few bottles left. I don't use them as much. I like to die cut my own. I like looking at how cute they are in those bottles. LOL

A few years ago I dumped out all my bottles into one large container but I still can't get myself to part with the empty bottles ! I do find myself digging around for the teeny-tiny flowers for cards sometimes.

They were always too pricey for me, but I've seen them at Michael's and Tuesday Morning last time I was there.

Some are so pretty with the flowers in them. I still collect flowers but they are in packages now (thank goodness) and storage is not as much of an issue anymore.

Yes; I purchased one bottle & used only a few of the paper flowers before donating the rest (in a plastic baggie). The bottle was repurposed & is filled with sand from a beach vacation the same year! Earlier this week, I also noticed both stores had them in stock.

I bought a few bottles, and still have some of the flowers left in a box somewhere. I think they were great value for money, not to mention the bottles were cute.

I have 3 bottles and have used them a lot. They can be inked, stamped, chalked, splattered, painted, whatever to give a new, fresh look to them. I agree, they were a great value and they're still adorable sitting on my shelves.

My Tuesday Morning has quite a few of these in several colors for 1.99 ea. I have purchased just about every color they have had and have a good stash of them now.

I have several bottles--I like the way they look!
But I do think they multiply overnight. I've shared those flowers with countless friends, and I still have full bottles. And I've given away handfuls!

I bought 1 bottle and I still have it. Never have been a flowery type of scrapbooker. I must have bought into the hype and caved in and bought it. What was I thinking, I have a son. Not much need for flowers.

I remember those. I actually have an empty prima milk bottle on my desk that I need to put in the recycle bin.

Love them. I still have several bottles. And I still use them. I'd buy them if I still found to use on mini albums and cards.

Those were my favorite! I think I bought creams, browns, blues, and greens. Loved the size and never cared for all the other versions they sold. I'll have to find a Tuesday Morning.

I still have several bottles of them and still use and love them. I bought some and so did my DD and we shared the colors. They are perfect for grandchildren. I have enough that they are welcome to what they want. I really liked the embossed one and I guard them a little more.

I have a few bottles and have used a lot of them, but I want to finish them off and get rid of the bottles - they take up too much space. Although I like the idea of filling them with sand.

I have a little wooden milk crate with 6 bottles of Prima flowers. I write curriculum for my church, and just donated the flowers to use for Sunday school crafts. I had the kids decorate some bookmarks. They came out cute. I kept the glass bottles, of course. Lol.

I still have a bunch. I've used a ton, given away a lot, and those bottles are stuffed so full that I still have more than I will ever use.

Oh sure! I had maybe 4-5 of various colors. I recently sorted the flowers into my color bins bc I'm more likely to use a few that way. I still like one here and there on a card or gift tag. But... when I took them all out of the bottles, I wasn't sure what to do with them. I ended up recycling them with the rest of our glass that week. (Ducking incase someone throws something at me )

I bought one bottle...I loved the idea of the milk bottles but the reality is I don't have room to store things like that and I hate paying for packaging. That being said, I totally agree with you about them multiplying! So many times I would grab a flower and it would be 2 or 3 stuck together! I finally killed them when I made a rainbow with them. It was a very cool effect.

I had a couple bottles. I actually used one up! I covered a mini book cover with the flowers. The rest I emptied from the jars and separated the colors into baggies. I still have the empty bottles.

I only bought two bottles and only to decorate my scrap table. Never liked using flowers on layouts. I still have them and they are pretty as ever...lol

I always wanted them - they were so cute in the little bottles and I could just picture them all lined up in a row with the different colours...but they weren't really in the budget and I never did end up with them. Wish we had a Tuesday Morning here I'll have to see where there is one and see if I can sneak in a visit sometime

OM! I had a little wooden crate with rope handles and 6 little bottles with wood stoppers that were filled with the flowers. Some of flowers may even still be in my flower drawer! I did finally get rid of the bottles, but I loved the wood crate and couldn't part with it. I was debating finally just pitching it with this move, I'm hoping I didn't and it'll be in the unboxing ceremony. But it depends what mood I was in when I was boxing - ruthless clear the clutter or oh but I could still use it.

I still have some and recently opened a bottle for dd to use on page and found that the flowers nearly fell apart when I poured them out and touched them. Wonder what the ones I used on old pages are like now? Prima fabric ones I have seem fine though.
(talking about the tiny paper ones in teh milk bottle)

I have a few, and only one of them is nearing empty. I still find myself sorting through them frequently for just the right size and color to add as an embellishment. I like the way they look all lined up in a row.
