Made the yearly "going to cancel" call yesterday. I have 2 TV's, home phone, and internet- bill jumped from $202 to $242 per month. She found a promo that dropped it back to $201, but I have to add a second line to home phone. I know we discussed this a few weeks ago and some of you were having trouble negotiating with them. So, I'm waiting on the tech to come install the worthless 2nd line- what a game!
