And do you like it?
I signed up for the 30 day trial, liked it and want to subscribe. I'm having no end of issues subscribing, it won't take payment from me it just gives me error messages. I've sent three emails to customer service, not one of the responses has addressed my problem in 5 days. They just send form letters that direct me to their website's FAQ. Today in frustration I posted on their Facebook page and someone contacted me finally. His solution didn't work and now he isn't responding.
I'm starting to really re-think this because if it's this hard to give them money it might be a nightmare to cancel.

I have it. I had to subscribe through Roku. It was complicated and frustrating. You'd think they would make it easier to give them money.
I like having it. There are so many shows I watch on HBO. Also, now that I don't have cable, it's nice to be able to watch more recent movies than what I can get on Netflix.

I tried to subscribe.
It was endlessly complicated and frustrating.
I decided nevermind.
I'll wait until whatever I want to see comes out on DVD.
Nothing is worth that ridiculousness.

I believe I signed up on my phone through the app. I did the 30 day free trial and just let it roll over to a paid subscription. I had to put in a credit card when I signed up.

I think I signed up through Apple TV. Or maybe the app. I don't remember any problems, but it was last summer. Once Game of Thrones was over, I canceled it. It was easy to cancel--no problems. I may do the same again once school is out and I have time to watch TV again.

I believe I signed up on my phone through the app. I did the 30 day free trial and just let it roll over to a paid subscription. I had to put in a credit card when I signed up. That is exactly what I did. Unfortunately in that 30 day window my debit card number was stolen and I had fraudulent purchases made on my account. So I cancelled that card and was going to just let it bill to my Amazon card. That's probably where it screwed up. I updated all the payment info I could but it seems likely that that is where it went wrong. I've emailed Amazon's customer service to see if they can help.
