I love our photo share threads so I thought I'd start one today  I've had a rough week this past week and my dd's have been such a great support to me  Here they are ... Emma is 17 and Molly turns 13 on Monday ...  |

Your girls are so pretty! My friend has dd's named Molly and Emma (she also has Abbi and Hannah)! We put a few planters on our balcony this spring... I just filled this one today and I love it!  |

Me and my main squad last night at a concert for bestie in the glasses 35th birthday. This last year we've all had crazy lives and hardly get to all go out together. We had a great time and shut the joint down.   |

leannec ---your daughters look SO sweet and fun, and I'm glad they're helping you feel better! I LOVE photo threads, too! Wish I could comment on ALL of them! Hubbs has a fun knack for nicnames for our doggies! He recently decided that the precious 11-year-old guy who adopted us looks very wise and should heretofore be known as "PROFESSOR!"  .....sometimes we call him "Professor Magoo", ""Professor Goo" or just "GOO" because hubbs realized he looks like Mr. Magoo.....

It was my MIL's birthday during the week and she booked a house down at the beach for us to stay at for the weekend. There were 9 of us in total (no kids, only adults). The first photo is the house we stayed at. Across the road is a park and then the beach. It must be worth a fortune, it's huge - 5 bedrooms and numerous lounge rooms and sitting rooms etc. It cost $1600 just for the weekend - one week out from winter! - so I'd hate to think how much they charge for a full week in summer.  And this is the gorgeous old hotel 2 doors down from the house. It is currently closed as there is a permit in to do some work on it. Luckily it has a heritage listing so the owners are not allowed to change much, I just think they're going to add a small building out the back.  |

I was walking my dog and stopped in at an estate sale and found THIS! 
It's a set of exercise records from 1948. Inside it says that the developer became "aware of the need for pleasant and not-too-strenuous calisthenics adaptable for the business girl and homemaker with limited time available". It also says that "a few minutes a day will help any woman keep slim, fit and alluring".  I didn't buy it, but it kind of made my day. |

 I wanted to find something to do with my son for Memorial Day that wasn't a parade or BBQ. The local VFW places over 1,000 flags on Veteran's graves on Memorial Day weekend and needed volunteers to help. So we spent our Saturday morning at the cemetery, placing flags, reading old gravestones and enjoying the beautiful weather. Some guys were playing bagpipes the whole time we were there. It was a good family morning. |

Paigepea, I am not the most tech savvy pea, but here's how I posted the photos of the roses. Took a photo on my IPhone. Sent the 2 photos in an email to myself. When I did, it asked me what size to send, and I chose medium. Then I copied the photos. Opened 2 peas thread on IPad and hit reply, and add Attachment, and paste and it loads the photos!! |
