Chicken stock is in the freezer. It was over 100 degrees when I was up in Napa this afternoon. urggh
I have fresh new salad stuff and cooked chicken. Something is going to happen tonight with that stuff.
For tomorrow, I want to make some variation on stroganoff with my leftover pot roast. I have noodles and mushrooms and sour cream and leftover pot roast juices, slightly thickened but not what I'd call gravy exactly. Any suggestions?

hop2, you need some chocolate,too. Wine alone won't suffice. We had sandwiches. Boring!
