Oh, I also find it kind of ironic that DG claims the show "jumped the shark" in the last episode, when those of us who have read all the books know that Lord John Grey is Claire's future husband, with whom she is intimate, if only briefly on both accounts. Talk about an ocean's-width shark jump there, lol. OH DAMN I wish I hadn't read that! DON"T READ THIS IF YOU HAVEN"T READ THE BOOK! (I was warned.. I'm pissed at myself.) The good thing is that it comes out of the blue and you don't see it coming. So you should still be surprised. I agree that it's a bit of a "jump the shark" moment, but I still kind of liked Mr and Mrs Grey. Because of course we know that jamie isn't dead-the books are about jamie and Claire!

I love Mondays! There are always a lot of blogs and Outlander news. Here's an article about Bree and Rodger. I guess we won't be seeing them until the final episode, but I kind of expected that when they didn't put them into the first episode. I'm really looking forward to seeing these characters! Three if By Space--Bree and RodgerAnd here's a webcast with Terry Dresbach (costume designer) and Jon Gary Steele (production designer). A lot of the info is on the Inside Outlander website, but it's still interesting! Outlander Facebook interview from the Paley Center Outlander Exhibit

OH DAMN I wish I hadn't read that! DON"T READ THIS IF YOU HAVEN"T READ THE BOOK! (I was warned.. I'm pissed at myself.) Sorry about that. I should have specified which book too, because there are so many, and not everyone has read all of them. But seriously, there are a bunch of WTF moments in her books as the series continues and grows more massive. It will be interesting to see what other changes are made by the screenwriters, because they are going to have to pare the story down quite a bit to fit future books into even two seasons each. No worries..
